I think you can do better and dig deeper into context more 1) Their LinkedIn profile? 2) What kind of profession are they? Front End/backend/ Mechanical/ Android etc 3) how many years of experience ? 4) When did they start applying? which month? 5) What is German proficiency? 6) How many interview they failed before getting the job? 7) How they prepared ? How they changed approach after failure? 8) How they wrote cover letter , changed it , tuned it to company? I mean you get the idea. There are so many questions you can think of . So without enough context, this video is not going to help anyone. Because people know this already from all over the internet. And just painting "happy path" can be dangerous for many people especially for software developer.
The Reality is : -> It is very easy or very difficult to find a job in Germany. -> German is not mandatory for every job but again it depends on the position. If you are applying for a java developer or similar roles the need for German is less as there is currently a lot of demand for these profiles here. -> About no.of interviews failing, It depends on the person technical capabilities. As they mentioned every Company has similar format assignment, live coding etc. It takes time to process here and they notice everything and even if you are very good technically and lack communication/couldn’t answer Behavioural questions as they expect they will reject. -> Experience the more the merrier , usually you can find many openings for 4 + years of exp. (more if you have 8+) -> Yes , Cover letter should be tuned to the company, while a lot of them expect cover letter It is not mandatory for every position.
Hello Harshad, thank you , video is informative.. can you please take amoment to answer below 2 questions. Thank you My question is did they directly got job from India via LinkedIn ? Does their companies sponsored visa for them ?

Hi harshad, I love your content and appreciate all the efforts that you’re putting in creating these videos. I’ve also been applying for jobs in Germany but lacking at cover letter. Can you also make a video on what to include in cover letter and how to give it a direction?
Harshad, I have been applying for over 9 months. Have got interviewed, but not made through. Please guide. I have even quit my last job to devote more time and energy into job applications and skill brushup.

Hi Harshad, I really like your content. I have watched almost all of your videos and those are really informative. Could you please make a video for LinkedIn like how we can apply for the jobs? I tried applying for a few jobs on LinkedIn but couldn't get any option to upload or share a cover letter. It would be great if you could create a complete video for the LinkedIn job application.
Thanks for the video. Would be glad if you can cover salary part. Not exact ones but approx... Any idea how much would they offer for 10+ exp guy for IT field especially in data science.
Hey Varun, Thanks for watching! I have created a separate video about salary range in Germany! I hope that will give you a rough idea about pay scale🙏🏻
Germany is not great in terms of salary, at max they offer would be 80-90k EUR. Then you have 42% of tax slab. It's good if you want to explore Europe but money wise or savings Indian salary is way better if you earn more than 25L per annum after living lavishly with all that house help. Strictly my experience.
