-financial aspect and owning a house
- Is it necessary to learn the german language and to which level?

I am gonna say something to be honest i also went through alot of my classmate CVs who got a job before me. All of them had different kind of CVs. I would say it strictly up too to the Recruiter and your experience (luck as well)

Wow it's a good thing to reviewing the CV's. But I would say ask some Little money from them bcoz they will put efforts or else they won't respond properly. Time is So precious, if you spending your time means it must be have good response

Yes, I tried with 'Fresher trained in JavaScript' or 'BTech Graduate with hands on skills with xxxxx' in India and it worked out. But here I have not tried for freshers
