That was a sweaty one but we all did it! And I love the cool down. It's like a reward for me and I use it to feel the different parts of my body and thank them for being able to work out. A couple of years ago I had big problems with my back. For weeks I wasn't able to walk properly, to go up stairs, lift my arms or sit down without fear. Or get up in the morning without crying. Now I throw my knees in the air, I can do crunches (and get better with planks😂), buddha squats and fold forward without falling apart. For me, that's just amazing❤

That was a sweaty one! For those who may want to hear this: It's always okay to modify! Even though I've always been active, due to workplace injury I can't raise my arms overhead for jumping jacks without my shoulder "dislocating" (actually IKN what it is, but it REALLY hurts).. so I just raise my arms to shoulder height. Still a great workout. Yay!
Can't tell you how much I'm loving these Move To Improve workouts, Chris! The progression is key. There is zero intimidation, or wondering if the workout is right, etc. All of that goes out the window and you just lead us down the path. LOVING that! ❤
whilst Ive been following Chris' live programme for about 10 months or so, I find that this lower intensity style workout is not only good for when you are starting out but also a brilliant warm up for a mobility session to just get everything warm and moving before stretching....I really enjoyed this followed by one of Chris' full body stretches. Thank you for the amazing variety on your channel Chris.
