    Does Wireless antenna cable have any impact on thermal and battery performance? Technician slightly damaged the antenna cable, since then my laptop get hot quickly and battery drains rapidly. prior to this I had no issue with battery or heating laptop.

    Can you please tell me what has to be done in case of broken hinges?....The video does not list hinge repair separately...up Until 2019-2020 HP videos show hinge replacement as a separate topic eg. Envyx360 13inch,15inch,14inch and 17 inch. Does that mean that the entire display panel will have to be replaced for the 2021 Hp Envy 14 eb00 series?...Kindly reply soon...

    HP designed laptop is nice and sleek, especially with latest pavilion line, my first rules of laptop, got to be comfortable with holding it around.
    Now with properly organized software support at it website and videos of hardware disassembly/assembly with instruction how to be meticulous about it. The only logical choice in laptop is HP.

    I'm missing a screw from the bottom of my laptop on the base enclosure, is this a part that I can order? Also the rubber at the back has stretched so is it also something I can order. And because the rubber back has fallen off, I discovered the holes that originally it covered up were screwless, is this a manufactor error where screws have not been put on or is it intentionally without screws.

    How do you reset a computer with its bios I can’t reset my computer normally because it stays in a infinite loop of just loading or automatice repair please help

      +PhD flopper Please try hard restart/hard reset. Press the power on-button on your PC and hold it for about 5-10 seconds until your computer powers off completely. Remove and unplug any external peripherals and accessories. Press once the power-on button to turn on the PC and wait if it will start now. Wait...     Sir, my hp laptop Hp omen15dc-0001nx some keys are not working sometimes. There is no particular key, its random keys not working. Sometimes when I type, it automatically types the letter continuously. I reset the windows 10 and reinstall fresh. Still i have the issue. Is there any solution

    why did you do so that you cannot remove the cooler without removing the radiator? You need to clean the cooler constantly and it often makes no sense to remove the radiator.

    Please help me 🙏🙏🙏🙏
    I got very low GPU usage in every game GPU usage drops upto 0% which causes fps drop and game lags.
    1.All drivers, windows and BIOS are updated
    2.Laptop plugged in
    3.After resetting the laptop issue persists
    4.All settings applied like in Nvidia control panel - prefer maximum performance , high performance power plan and PCle link management selected off.
    My laptop specifications -
    HP pavilion 15ec1024ax
    CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 4600h
    GPU - Nvidia GTX 1650 (4GB)
    GPU Usage checked with MSI Afterburner -
    1.WWE 2K 15
    2.Forza horizon 4 demo all settings
    3. Valorent all settings
    4.Fortnite all settings
    Please help me its my first gaming laptop🙏🙏🙏🙏

    I do like this laptop but I but i sent it 5 times to repair in 1.5 years (Hardware problems), and HP dont want to refund me !
    If only i can exchange it with the new Hp envy 14 with all the fixed issues

      @@HPSupport Thank you for your reply, actually the problem with my HP envy 14 (2020), I sent it in total 5 times to do hardware repair (heat sink, battery, webcam, screen, hinges)
      Right now i dont have a problem, but i am afraid when the warranty will expire that I will see more problems coming....
      When I saw the Hp envy 14 (2022) model with all the old problems fixed.... I wanted it
