Good stuff! Options like these are so helpful when you have people in your life that aren't carnivore, but you still want to make something everybody can enjoy! That dip for instance is definitely something everyone will love! Thank you!
That dip you made reminds of a buffalo chicken dip I used to eat a lot. Canned chicken, cream cheese, franks red hot, ranch dressing, shredded sharp cheddar. Mix it up then bake it. Great dip so I may try to substitute the ranch with sour cream and try it out.
I do pork rinds in crab dip. I use to make a crabby pretzel or tortilla chips before carnivore. The crab dip expensive to make is loaded with cheese, so it's only for a special occasion.
Thx. Snacks are my last hurdle. Still have chocolate bars or Cokes ince or three times a day. Caramelized butter chips have helped but these sugar snacks are keeping me out of ketosis! Weird how I never have or crave a vegetable and haven’t for 6 months but can’t stop chocolate bars.
I'd suggest trying replacing your chocolate/sweets cravings with an electrolyte powder. I personally use Redmond Re-Lyte but LMNT helps as well (they have a chocolate version). And if you can't afford that, cocoa powder + heavy cream + stevia + heat = keto hot chocolate.
I was going to suggest LMNT as well but also to help with Coke try switching slowly over to Remedy Kombucha. This still gives the "pop in a can" feeling while you wait for your electrolyte levels to balance. Then slowly skip every second day before going "cold turkey" The electolyte powder will eventually erase your carb cravings.❤
@@mr8966 Yes! We've been making our own for a few years now. Far more economical to buy the ingredients in bulk, which ends up being pennies per day instead of dollars~ especially w/two of us enjoying them.👍
Good stuff. I've used a couple of your deviled egg recipes in the past, and even non-carnivores love them/want to know my secret! Definitely adding these taco ones to the mix. I would maybe add half a brick of cream cheese to the Fundido - mainly for texture, to make it more dip-like? Love that idea too, though.
❤Those recipes were so appealing! I enjoy your tutorials and notice how well you're looking. Thats an inspiration to not give up! Im gonna try all of the recipes you showed in this vid. I would like to substitute the paprika for something else though; do you have any suggestions? I have some smoked pepper but dont want the dish to be too hot... May God bless you!
These look so delicious! Sadly, I have an egg and dairy allergy. Would you help me out and come up with some more DF and EF recipes please? It would help me out so, so much. Thank you!
These all look great! Sadly, I find that milk and cheese puts me in a “crave” state …for more dairy, sweets, etc. And when I give in to milk or cheese, I then can’t lose weight like I do without it. Still trying to find a “happy medium” with milk and cheese and further weight loss, but haven’t gotten there yet. I originally did straight carnivore of meat, eggs, and butter for 6 months - no milk or cheese at all. My weight loss was so good! And then, I slowly added back in milk and cheese and got to a very challenging issue of wanting it everyday. And …no significant ❤weight loss for months! And nothing else changed - same amount of exercise, no sugar or any kind, etc. DARN!!!!! I appreciate all your recipes and creativity! Maybe someday I can find the balance and enjoy some milk/cream, etc and/or cheese without going crazy with it ….and still make progress with my weight.
I understand. But there are other metrics. How do you feel physically? How do you feel mentally? Are your clothes looser? Do you have more energy? Strictly weight loss is not a good indicator that something is working. Just ask yourself these as well when you weigh yourself.
@@CarnivorousChef I appreciate you responding. I feel good overall and have good energy either way - solely carnivore or carnivore with cheese and milk. But I do need and want to lose the additional weight. And with the milk and cheeses, the weight just isn’t coming off and it was as such for 4 months. So, I’m back on carnivore with no cheese or milk, etc for at least a month and then I’ll see if I’m still craving them or not, and how my weight has (hopefully) changed. Thank again!
I've never eaten liverwurst but am not a fan of liver. I'd try it but no promises, lol. It's the turkey I couldn't do. Lunch meat gives me migraines. 😒
Awesome, as always! I'm surprised how much I like liverwurst, since I cannot stand actual cooked liver. I've also just purchased some powdered/dehydrated liver to experiment with. At the very least, I will be mixing it in w/ground meats I think. Two lbs of NZ liver for just under $20, which also surprised me. As challenging as it can be to put a new spin on limited ingredients, you managed with every one of these mister~ well done🎯~ & thank youSammy in AZ
*Oops~ it's actually Argentine, & it was one pound, not two. "CurEase" is the brand, if anyone's interested. Not organic, but is free range, undefatted, pesticide & hormone free.
Love the chicken thigh recipe, great budget conscious snack and I would be dipping into those bad boys despite burning my mouth, lol! I like to splurge every now and again and make salmon and cream cheese rolls as a special carnivore snack treat too.
Some definitely have a bad smell. I’ve found a brand from Dollar tree, Brim’s brand. 1.25 per bag. Nice lightly salted and no krunky smell when the bag is opened.
the turkey, it looks like the processed stuff, thought it was not really good for you as it is more franken, my name for junk food and processed and gmo d, along with the forcing of as they are now hiding bugs in with names most will not recognize as grasshopper or grubs or... will include much of the vegan stuff in this, as all that is done to stuff, like making it taste as close to meat as can ??? but anyway. take care.

@@CarnivorousChefnice!! I love the devil egg idea... I've wondered about using sour cream, I will now, and all the other ingredients 😋
All of the Carnivore Companion seasonings are really good. My favorite is Steak Dust. 👍🏻
Thank you for giving us a shot! Glad you like them!
Love them ❤
Love your sense of humor. Always get a good giggle when I watch your videos. Thanks for sharing your recipes.

I would never have thought to put pork rinds on top of the eggs. Sounds great.
Try it out!
Love braunsweiger. What a great idea!

Excellent Ty chef. Very useful for us carnivores. 👍👌
Glad you like them!

@ thx so much! I have been thinking about making my own electrolytes. Will do it this week!
@mr8966 the lmnt website has the details to make your own unflavored on their website. I just ordered the stuff today.

Crap! I can't use chopsticks, will a fork or just fingers work instead?
If you think about it, fingers are just attached chopsticks

I prefer Salvadorian sour cream but it is much thinner. Do you think it would still yield a decent consistency for these?
Might change consistency, in my experience, though you can always use a bit less to keep it thicker~ or even a few more cooked yolks?
@@RV-there-Yet oh yes, good idea adding extra yolks!
