Well, the Pent was Quite GOOD. I was there last week to visit the property. Yes agreed, it's little over in pricing but, I've offered them 8.5cr included the furniture. In this video, the rooms and some of the areas look small but in actuality, it's NOT. Must say that the designer has done The fab job there. I've seen plenty of penthouses the order to buy one, but this Pent is still on my top list. Yes, I was a little confused if we should go and check this property after watching this video as I wasn't confident, but this guy was quite good, humble, much prepared and presentable and on the other hand, I was in my Adidas traditional tracksuit [ hope y'all know what I'm trying to say here ]

House is very nice and posh... But i have few comments 1. The windows could have been equipped with grills for safety. 2. Master bed room could also be equipped with bath tub. 3. A servant room and rest room is missing. 4. Wardrobe missing in many bed rooms 5. Have to cross two bed rooms and kitchen to enter the hall... 6. His English could have been better, even though he explained the features nicely.

Is there a servants' unit along with this penthouse apartment? The apartment is really good. The execution of the design is like a dream. But the presentation is not up to the mark. I suppose he is not quite conversant in English. That's why he was fumbling all the time. It's better to stick to one language that a person is comfortable with. He could have easily presented the entire video in Hindi. In this way he might have presented the product more confidently and more comfortably. The video makers could have added an English subtitle so that people with little or no comprehension of Hindi could have also understood. His English is just terrible. He doesn't even know what he is saying. He was randomly picking words from here and there and using them to promote a property of such scale (price)! He is actually an ear-sore. He should and must have used the language in which he is fluent and he is comfortable with. Otherwise they simply become jokes. The video was not bad only because the visuals of the apartment is extremely good but I'm reiterating that the presentation is horrible.

Don't need to buy a new camera but use lighting to show the real beauty of this place, First of all use seperate shots and join them together, property videography is different from any other filming you should put the camera in extreme corners of rooms. but Please dont use fish eye lenses, they feel like sneaking in through door hole. You can shoot videos from your phone even if you know the basics of filming architecture. And keep your f stops in control to improve the dynamic range. Zricks, If you want I can shoot for you. Just to show you how it should be done. And I won't charge you for that.
