All the rooms and living area in this house is very congested. It would have been a great place if it had more open space. This house has everything but still doesn’t look luxurious.
The rooms are dark and not ventilated properly... Kitchen has no natural lighting and it kinda suffocating...the character of the house is kinda old, only the top floor is good
For 11.5 Crores, you get the narrowest entrance possible to the house; infact more narrow than a jhopad patti lol. Claustrophobic environment. And a balcony that seems more spacious than the entire house. Wow. Money well spent.

Question should be what is the monthly maintenance for this property and how will building management ensure no defaulters. As i lived in their other project and owners would have months of unpaid property maintenance outstanding.. posted outside the elevator.

According to me , this penthouse should not be more than 7-8 cr. Furniture is very old fashioned which makes the place look cluttered. Under utilization of the terrace where you can have a separate laundry place rather than placing it in a kitchen .

I stayed in this area specifically in this resort as a guest and came to find out that the normal apartments start from three crores. The security is really really tight. Even the security gaurd is paid 68000 per month. I was stopped each and every time I left the apartment because I was so out of element in this place. But yeah this place was really albeit really expensive

You need better designers !! The balcony lane could be used for entrance to the house. Having a long entrance gives a nice experience. The sit out area is enough for a balcony.
