Have you ever had to sell on a loss just to get things gone? I have a few times so I definitely agree with you that if things have hung around its better to sell them cheaper and still have a little profit or come out even, than it hanging around or even lose money. Thanks for the video.👍
Yeah quite a few times. But luckily as the buy price is usually only a few quid, it doesn’t hurt too badly! That’s the great bit about this business.
A lot of the time I break even as well, like to think of it as paying for knowledge. I paid for that bad item - but learnt not to buy it again down the line.

New subscriber. Watched a few videos of yours in the past. Thinking about reselling as not much left of my own goods. When you buy from car boots, do you take a picture of what you bought and a note stating how much purchased instead of a receipt?
I just note it all down when I get home (simple spreadsheet)
But yeah a picture of the goods is also a smart idea to keep it that little bit more organised.

I noticed (presumably) the sellers personal information on the box of on cloud shoes you showed on camera. I'd suggest using a sharpie on your boxes before filming to cover personal details up, there's or yours. Just a suggestion 😊

Never sold them but you should do okay. Even if it’s a quick double up, they’ll be in high demand so shouldn’t sit around long.

All through the app, anyone can do it. Sell cheap stuff from around the house at first and then grow both feedback & sales!

Been watching your videos and noticed you box your shoes, why not just bubble wrap and bag? I feel like shoes can't really get damaged and it would be a lot faster.
I now box shoes if £40 plus, then paper wrap and polybag most others under that price unless they’re a leather formal shoes of some sort & easily scratched. All comes down to good customer service at the end of the day, I want them to know I care for the shoes I sell 🙌🏼

Not a new rule. It’s always been there, if you’re selling for profit, it needs to be declared.
Doesn’t bother or change anything for me in the slightest.
I’m actually glad they’re cracking down on it, will hopefully get the dodgy resellers out of the way and make more room for the people who actually take this seriously.
