Just a heads up, you can clean the Megadrive contacts with a cotton bud with abit of isopropyl alcohol. Game cart screwdrivers are also handy to have, that way you can check to see if everything's legit.

Also I know you said in your video that would would re sell the consoles for around £190 so minus the cost of £100 then your time then the stupidly high eBay fees you wouldn’t make much would you? I always struggled due to the high fees on eBay . First time viewer, you gained a new sub 😊
Most of the stock I buy I get for dirt cheap thats how I make it work for me. I'm buying joblots for £50 and selling for £500. And thanks for the sub!
@@TOMS_TAT ah nice, I went for bigger items like MacBooks act. It payed off most of the time but I think that’s where the consistency failed. You don’t normally find them cheap enough to make a profit as they are big ticket items so eBay takes more of a cut I guess. Will try with a pot of cash with bundled items in my area to see if I can start this again. Your vid has inspired me to try again!

Do you pritn labels directly from Ebay side and they take money from your balance or have to transfer it to delivery company side ? Need label printer but not rly sure how it works.
All labels go directly through eBay. I have a business bank account so everything business related goes through there and it's kept separate from my personal account.

So a few questions as someone who's recently got in to reselling.
I feel like I'm not too bad a sourcing stock. Negotiating from marketplace etc but what's your method of selling. When listing on ebay are you always buy it now best offer, mainly auction. How do you pick?
Any tips would be helpful, thanks!
Pretty much everything go up as buy it now, when I first list I make the price high and let it sit for a while, then after a week or 2 I add "or best offer". If you need sales to come in you can also send out discounts or offers to your watchers.

Keep the worst condition consoles and sell the better ones. - Do you really need sparkly consoles? ....I think you just need ones to test games and peripherals on.
Your right, but I can't help myself lol anything I keep has to be mint. There not just for testing either, I plan to mod all of them too which is a hobby of mine so I want minty ones.

I'm surprised you're lifting out each console as you're using it, I thought you would leave them in the cupboard, and just open the door to plug in a controller and pop a game in, leaves you space on the worktop for doing other things

Didn’t know they were for your collection too, I assumed they were purely for testing in which case it would make more sense to keep the tatty ones.
