I have terrible hearing, and captions make it so much easier and nicer to watch videos - it's a small thing that a lot of channels don't do, and I have huge respect and appreciation for any channel that takes the time to make their content more accessible 😌
I’m not hard of hearing at all but a friend of mine is & I prefer having CC on after spending so much time with her so it’s also something I look for & respect when watching videos

It is hilarious that freckles went from brutal teasing to the point my aunty and grandmother hate their skin (apparently the relatives in Cyprus called the Dr on my aunty because they'd never seen freckled skin like hers before) - then to my twenties where women were coming to get freckles and such permanently removed with laser and IPL treatments - to now spraying on fake freckles and sun damage.
My aunty can't believe it when I told her about it. She has the orange kind that covers her body. My face is pretty much covered now in deeper toned olive/orange freckles but my body doesn't have any.
Same with tooth gaps.
Personally I always loved freckles, my first ever crush as a young fruit had freckles COVERING her face and I always thought it was the most angelic thing I'd ever seen. I got really sad when I heard about people not liking them. Beauty trends are so weird

Exact same thing happened to me on Christmas eve after 3.5 years together and buying a house together only 6m before. It's been 4 months now and I'm actually in a really good place whereas I never thought I'd be OK again. I know it hurts like hell but honestly it's better for the person to not waste your time so you can one day find someone who ADORES YOU!
