The calf was super smart enough to be so close to its mother even when she charged the lions so much times. Hats off to that baby

Where could she go? She was flanked by lions every direction. No way any lion will attack that calf and live, the size of that cow elephant is unbelievable, no contest.

Elephants are so Smart and they remember everything..The calf was so on point with sticking with his mom I thought that was so cute..Now the baby knows what to be aware of..those Lions been doing this for years and the calf learned in one day what has to be done to survive...🐘

if this female elephant tramples on you its enought to kill that lion. i mean if you are a 30 kilo 9 years old male kid for example and you have to fight a 150 kilo msucleman or a 180 kilo muscleman its not that much different for you, in both cases you got a problem
in the nightime the lions have the advantage and even the female elephant life might be in danger if it was alone..

Usually it's call and warning for there pride . Lions are direct threat to elephants and genetically elephants know this more than any other creature. They will chase away pride of lions does your can leave other harmless creatures .

Males are king they sleep the while day lioness hunt for them.
He protect his kingdom from other lions. And others needs to win there Kingdom.

Wild dogs are social and they hunt together. No hierarchy.
Hynas have hierarchy. But it is based only on value of a particular Hynas. No one is king in them.
Everyone needs to hunt to survive.
And in case of any threat from other hynas everyone fight together.
In lions only male lion fights.

Elephants come together to protect new born calves that are unable to stand for some time and when lions stalk the new born. Otherwise every elephant knows the mama Power. 👍👍💪💪 She is just shooing away the pesky troublesome lions . That's enough signal for the lions to keep away.

Actual they slap with the trunk.usually they use there weight as fighting tool , they protect there trunk and use only as utility . It's there nose too and cannot use it .Damage to trunk can be question mark for its survival. But that slap is enough to swirl a 400 kg predator out of equation
imagine long time ago these huge beasts were used to charge military lines in the battle and they can run faster than a human at full speed.
If you were in the front line that would have been absolutely scaring and you get in panic considering male african elephants can weight even more than a whooping 6.000 kilos. It's like a track charging you

Predators usually target an already injured or fallen elephant or a baby elephant. Elephants are the most powerful animal on land, they almost shake the earth, and no other animal dares to stand on its way - that’s a true king!!
