Nice knives. Matt seems like a really cool guy. Dual Survival just ain't the same without him.
The original sami knives dont need any upgrade, but of course its nice of the man to get inspiration from such a great tool. Where I live almost every home have a sami knife, even if they are not outdoor people, they are highly priced as gifts as well, not only functionality. In the army we got them too, it it was for us to own not to give away when service is done.
This guy is so the real deal most people will never realize.

Wow, these knives are just AWESOME, finally a THIN knife (2.5mm-Primitive Mountain Knife) that is so nice, sheaths are just perfect. Matt, I just love your work! These knives have added more strain on the wallet ha ha! Gotta get 'em, I have liked Matt since the '90's in Wilderness Way Magazine- all you kids look it up since you weren't around yet. Thanks for this video, these are great and Matt, I wish you all the best brother.

Hi Ultimate Survival Tips I've been subscribed for a while and loved all of your vids and I want to learn all about the outdoors as a 13 year old so is there any camps or scouts you would recommend?
+Miranda Byrd We are doing a 3-day camp / training in Pennsylvania in July... it's totally family friendly... many trainings are not. And we take Guys and gals as young as 13. My friend and co-instructor Craig Caudill does training in Kentucky at Nature Reliance School. These are two courses that I can whole heartedly recommend. Of course Scouts are great... for continuing training.
is Endless Mountains the best place to practice Bushcraft and survival?
I really hate how condor doesn't offer any type of descriptions of their knives or practically any specs other than blade length on their website! Does anyone know what type of locking mechanism (if any) this primitive bush folder has? It was never mentioned in this video.

I have several Condor knives in my collection and love the simplicity and functionality. They used to be good value but the price has gone up over the years and in some cases have doubled but the quality has not improved. They will never match Tops, KA-Bar, Esee or even the budget Mora for quality build and materials. They need to get back to their roots producing simple functional designs for a bargain price or if they want to take on the big boys then invest in better quality machines and pay more attention to quality control.

Hell I was a wilderness survival instructor in Escalante in 1990 when all we had was Hickory knives. Everywhere this Hollywood guy walks there, he's stepping in my foot prints. I did that for 4 years. We ate rice and lentils for food. I stay out 3 week on, one week off. Got paid $1200 a month, before taxes.
The survivalist coming out of there now are not survivalist. They are salesmen.
