  • The US Supreme Court has banned the use of affirmative action in college admissions, stating that race cannot be a determining factor in admitting students.
Here is how this decision could change future admissions of minority groups into institutions of higher education in the US.

Students for Fair admissions is an Asian American organization who sued because those schools for many years were racially discriminating against Asians in favor of other ethnic groups who had much lower test scores even though Asians themselves are a small Minority community. Further investigation showed messages from Harvard disparaging Asians as a generally boring and unfriendly peaple as an excuse to admit other students instead of them. These actions were deemed by the courts as unfair and by most Asian Americans as Racist against them. This is why the high Court overturned affirmative action as they saw it promoting racist behavior.

Stupid that never happened nor that is what it is.
They literally just told u what affirmative action is and how it works, it isn't being racist towards Asians, it was benefiting them

If there is a "dumbing down" effect disproportionately effecting black people in society surely you would want to try to remedy that in the school system rather than just lower the bar for university admission. How do you determine who is eligible anyway? How black does a person have to be and how is that measured? Seems pretty sus when you start to think about it.

It has little to do with the school system and a huge amount to do with the fractured black family structure where illiterate, single women are incentivized to have fatherless children by government poverty assistance programs. Therein lies the core problem.

A country that has a say in the world and makes racial discrimination should be ashamed. I hope they get some sense of shame.
