Start small and local then increase a pub,/ restaurant needs a SEPERATE food and SEPERATE drinks boss.
Limit Takeaway menu and keeot away from gen restaurant.
Just some ideas.

The restaurant closed down in 2008 apparently.
Aaron seems to have briefly presented a couple of cooking shows on TV, though I didn't find anything recent.
