I've never tested this recipe with anything but sugar so I don't know. Bear in mind that in cake recipes sugar isn't just for sweetness. It also provides structure, so if you remove it the cake texture and rise will probably suffer.

There are more than 3 ingredients in the cake and you need the instructions. If I told you the quantities here you wouldn't have those instructions and all of my hints and tips and you wouldn't have a successful outcome. Just click the link and read the recipe. The light, soft and fine texture of the almond flour is crucial to the structure and texture of the cake. This means that to make this vegan almond flour cake you must use blanched superfine almond flour. Almond meal will not work well. - (copied and pasted from my blog post).

Tried this cake recipe. It turned out to be extremely oily, not to my taste at all! This is just a heads up for others and not a critic to the author.
I wish it didn't take so long lol
