    These look really cool! And much easier to make then I thought!! Thanks Cassandre!! 🙂🙂 could I use a silicone mat instead of parchment paper? That's all I have 🤔🤔 I think my fav would be the chocolate and orange 😋😋

    Hi! Thank you for making and sharing this video!! How long will the fortune cookies stay fresh and how should I store them to prevent them from going stale if I don’t eat them right away? Thanks!!!

    Great ideas, I work in aged care and have recently been put into role of cooking activity, not so good for someone that barely even cooks for myself..lol. I'm considering this recipe to do with the residents, they only watch, reminisce Etc and don't partake but with this they can also write out the fortune notes. The only thing is being my first time fortune cookie and only doing 2 at a time may not be quick enough for a 45 min activity session by the time Iv mixed and prepped etc. il do a practice run at home but do you think it would run well if I have 2 trays in oven alternating one in halfway thru the first. I'd have to keep eye on the minutes in oven but maybe the elderly residents can do that to partake ...what do you think Hun

    • @CassandreUrsu
      @CassandreUrsu  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      This could be something to do for sure, but it's a lot of running around and making sure things don't burn in the oven. I have a bunch of truffle videos, those would be really fun and no baking involved. You could get lots of different toppings that they could roll their truffles in. I would suggest teaching them how to make the chocolate part of the truffle but also making a batch in advance and have it waiting in the refrigerator because the chocolate does spend a few hours in the refrigerator.
