It would be easy enough to buy one of those portable AC units with wheels that you can roll around to which ever room you need it. They are becoming popular here in the Philippines. You just have to watch your electricity bill; electricity is expensive here.
Thank you my friend. It really is a good deal at that price. Hard to find a fully furnished house at that price and a home as well maintained. And to rent month-to-month without a long lease.
Hi guys, that house is a steal. I only wished I was retired so I could snag it. Hopefully, there will be more to come when it's my turn. You are looking great my brother so keep up the good work. Take care and we love you all.
I think it is also a steal at that price! Fully furnished and no long term commitment. If you don’t like it after living there for 2 months; you can move out. Nothing to bring but your suitcase. When it’s your turn and Marie’s; we will find you one my brother. I am exercising and eating well to get my health back! Take care our friends. We love you both!
Hi DAZEL AND GINNO Thank You for the House tour and information. Compared to California it is a real bargin . I rent a small bedroom in a old house and it cost me $500 a month plus utilities 😳 Have a Wounderful Blessed Day My Friends and GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY 😇🙏😇
Low cost housing is one of the things that make the Philippines an attractive place to live. A small bedroom in a house would cost you around $100 or less here. Have a wonderful my brother! Take care and God bless.
Hi Ginno and Dazel, you seem a wonderful genuine couple, just subscribed and liked. Ill be in Aklan in March. That seems a great price, would be about 25,000+ pesos a week here in Australia.
Wow now that’s a beautiful affordable home. Dazel what is the black on the sidewalks? And can it be cleaned off? Thanks so much and you really look good so I pray you are 100% healed soon😊
The black stuff is algae; we get it when it rains so much during rainy season. You can power wash it off. It also dries out during sunny days and can be easily swept off. Thank you for your prayers my friend!
My expat friend from Antique province (our neighbor province) is actually planning on renting this house. We have a few expats now living at Camella Aklan. I can let you know when a similar house becomes available in our community my brother. Maybe, we can be neighbors. 😁
@@dazeltv1351 That SOUNDS GREAT And COUNTING the DAYS :O)) IT WILL Take About 14-15 Months to Have EVERYTHING DONE & READY For The MOVE To PH :)) YESTERDAY , Went To SCHAW to OPEN An ACCT !!! I COMPLETED a 11 Page Form And Then, i LEARNED 1) THEY DON'T ACCEPT CASH & Have to FINISH It ONLINE & WAIT for THEIR APPROVAL !!! LOL
hey Ginno, not sure if you have a vid on a single room or studio but how much would a 1br or studio be? that's a nice, huge place but just too massive for a single guy. thanks for house/apartment hunting for your community. Peace!
I don’t have a video of the studio apartment at Camella Aklan; I will keep an eye out when one comes available for rent. It would be around $200 a month for fully furnished. My American friend rents a 2-bedroom fully furnished apartment that even includes complimentary maid service for $220 a month in Kalibo, Aklan (3 miles away from our house at Camella Aklan). There are more 1-bedroom or studios in Kalibo because it’s a bigger town. Here’s my email: ginno1966@yahoo.com. I can send you pictures of what is available in Kalibo, Aklan.
Kalibo Cable provides fiber optics internet service to Camella Aklan. You just have to request Kalibo Cable to turn the internet/cable TV on. Some residents have satellite dishes if you prefer satellite instead of cable TV. We only have internet at our house at Camella Aklan; we pay $25 a month for our internet.

I'm not familiar with the area. Hiw far is this from the beach and town? I'd be interested in renting 3 months at a time twice a year as a vacation home if it's close to the beach.

Lol!!!! my guess is right. Foreigners will still complain about that price. Only Hobo's will complain about that price.......that's fully furnished and in a gated community with amenities. Probably you can find a $150/mo rent in a village with lots of noisy neighbors.

Wow, no way you can find a bargain like that here in Hawaii, I really need to move there.... totally awesome...
Let me know if you need any help when it’s time for you to make that move my friend. I would be happy to help. My email: ginno1966@yahoo.com.
Nice place! Price is good too I think...Very well maintained and plenty of room!
🙏🙏🙏
👍😎👍
It is a good price for a very well maintained and fully furnished home. I think the house will get rented fast!
A good deal, but the only AC is in one bedroom. I would absolutely need AC in at least the living room.
It would be easy enough to buy one of those portable AC units with wheels that you can roll around to which ever room you need it. They are becoming popular here in the Philippines. You just have to watch your electricity bill; electricity is expensive here.
Good job Ginno !!! Thats a good starter home for a family with kids relocating to PI.
Thank you my friend! This home will get rented fast! Camella Aklan is a great community!
Nice tour. It's bigger inside than I expected it to be. Well worth the price.

That association fee is a killer. Was that dollars or pesos?
