Always happy to help just message on Facebook (That Philippines Life) when you are heading here and we are happy to pass you all the contacts we know
I'm so jealous Sis, at naku stuck in the States cuz my Filipina wife says..... No it's to hot 😂😂 I'm the balikbayan 😅
I really love to watch your videos..showing iloilo...the towns and places...restaurants and resorts...
Wow amazing home. I loved it.
That's an incredible deal! Thanks for sharing!
What a beautiful house!
That is a great home! I'd consider it if I was in the area. It looks very relaxing to stay there and the electric "trike" is a big bonus to assist with personal transportation.
OMG! What a great price. Great find.
Keep the positive vibes. You are the man. Remember that 😊
Impressive. This is a fantastic find. I would rent this in a heartbeat.
Beautiful neighborhood
This is my kinda house - it's beautiful and has everything u could want and more. The pool is ideal, the wee car thingy and I love that the basketball hoop is just right for me at five feet tall lol. Gonna be very lucky tenants for sure. Thanks for the great share ♡
Outstanding home love it love it.
GrEat house for a family of 6.🤗
Mike… new to your channel. Great viewing on this house. That place is a WOW. Bathroom mirror nightlight..etc very cool Touch. Possibilities with that backyard… Practice putting green with a water trap lol can’t get there for a visit soon enough later this year. I have to squeeze in for 30 days but definitely wanted to check out Iloilo. Big fan of Texas Filipino he’s the one that got me interested in the Philippines in the first place in 2020.🇨🇦🙏
The yard is cute.
Another great video... Thank's again for the adventure... Really seems like we are there... ❤👍👍😁
Yes, he's outstanding presenting information in a fun and interesting manner 🌴🍻
Nice pool to sit in and drink beers 🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺❤️👍
28000 Philippine pesos a month and negotiable is a great deal for this house.. thanks for showing it to us👍👍😁🍺🍻
Amazing place and price! $ 😮Wow!
Wow, that is amazing. Best that I have seen. I'm about 3 to 4 months away from my move to the Philippines. I would jump on that in a heart beat
They have another house coming available in February so maybe message the owner (pinned in top comment is his contact info)
Thank you so very much
I am looking heavily in the Dumagheti and Iloilo area
Nice feature! Gave me some inspiration for the family home renovation next year (for lease once it’s done). Thank you. Good luck and Happy 2024!
Man i was expecting somethimg amazing, oh well.
I want it for one year starting in May.
Hi Mike! I wish that will still be available next year! I will try to get in touch with you as soon as we get there. Hopefully, this house will still be available.
The same owner has another house in another subdivision that will be available Feb so doesn't hurt to contact him
Wish I was there. I could rent that.
I pay six times more rent in SoCal. What a steal! Looks like there is enough room for a second refrigerator.
Mike, you can get for your home a similar but above-ground dipping pool from the 'Canadian Tire' department store back home in Ontario. not expensive. they have inflatable pool loungers with cup holders too
You definitely can but we only have 4-5 months left here and we aren't staying in this house longer we miss having a prior backyard very much
Nice house. You can start a family there 😊
Me and my fiancee love it we want to rent it ASAP we can be there this weekend
Make sure you message him asap (top pinned comment has his Facebook)
That's more like a lazy stream more than a lazy river, don't you think? 😁
I actually like the backyard rather than the house. It's a place I would to sit and enjoy some quiet times
Thank you for sharing! I wish that expats could own property in the Philippines but sometimes it is better to rent than buy. I wonder what a place like that would cost if it were for sale?
It's interesting, I lived a few years in the Dominican Republic and the houses look somewhat similar! I rented a 3 bedroom lower level duplex with a large pool for $900/mo in 2017.
Yes! You can own a condo in Iloilo if you are expat in the Philippines 🇵🇭
If this is still available I would love to come see it.
It went very quickly, his Facebook like is in the first pinned comment though if you want to talk to him
Remember you are responsible for anything that breaks. Unfurnished is the way to go if you are going to retire here. But I like the no maintenance yard. I like the layout.
Not unless you know this is the house you will be staying in. Most people like to move around a lot until they find the location that fits them. Carrying a refrigerator on your back in the airport is hard to do.
Nice place 👌 hope all is well 😂
Coming to Iloilo Sunday..for a few days.. I'd like to see this place if I could 😉
His Facebook is pinned in the top comment
@@ThatPhilippinesLife thx 😊
I sent.. but says not connected.. but maybe he'll be looking. Thx again 😉

Hello 👋
Really nice house.. living in Parc Regency so I'm close.
Its posted on marketplace for 25k
I think the owner commented to another person that was the old listing before the did an expansion to the house.
yes the old price before we did the extension was 25k. Agents don't always update their listings unfortunately .
Considering relocate for Florida USA to the Philippines.
That house is really awesome.
Wonder if it's still available 🤔
Unfortunately it's been taken but I'm looking for more
Consider Baguio. Its where we are moving and we are from Bradenton. If you have the money...its the very best place in the Phiippines to retire. Otherwise your stuck with Florida summer weather year round. Baguio is 70-78 degrees all summer and cooler in the winter.
what does it cost to maintain that house per month? it looks like they have a grounds keeper for sure to keep it looking like it does, very nice house
I'd love to rent that place for around 3 to 6 months in May or June of next year
Hi I'm the owner just click the link pinned above thanks.
When you say "western standards" you're overselling it a little. But it is very good for the province. I've been building here in the Philippines for the last 18 months and I can tell the owner put a lot of effort into making sure it's a quality home.
I'd be interested what the water pressure and quality is like. And while I'm unsure of the roof size this home is prime for a little solar, even 2kW would make a huge dent on the electricity bill.
When I say "western standards" It's always in comparison to what's available overall in the market of course
Also water pressure was good the community pumps to a tower and that adds pressure
You should grab it even if you lose some money.
EXPENSIVE
Not for this area, and tons of people jumped at this house it rented very quickly. We have friends here who can't find houses with 75k to 100k monthly budgets for rentals. Iloilo is booming
What usd monthly payments
Guys, if you can find any owner that understands western expectations when it comes to quality of homes in the Philippines… I highly recommend at least checking out there listings. This being owned by an expat is a big plus in my book.
I have wasted time and money on false promises and faced straight out lies…money is a strong motivator for people to attempt to take you.
A steal, I'd do a long-term rent in a minute.
Whats the name of this subdivision?
Where is that place?
-whats the name of the subdivision
Would it be okay to contact you when I am planning to be in Iloilo for some advice on locating rentals? TIA for reply.
Is this still available? Or do you know any other places similar to this one
That’s Awesome, I pay 7 to 10k for electric
What part of Philippines?
I so wish I wasn't in a year lease makati.. I'd take this place in a heart beat.. year paid in advance 😢
I don’t love Manila. While you are there however I can make a recommendation that many don’t visit…if you have a chance to walk around the American cemetery in BGC….its a relaxing part of the city that is peaceful. As long as you’re respectful, the staff will allow you to walk the grounds uninterrupted with no real time limit.
@@aboveitall9600 Ohh.. Indeed I will.. I have been thinking about that for a couple weeks.. Thanks so much
@@randellt Paco Park is another peaceful spot. The old Spanish Cemetery.,. Lots of wedding photos are done here…
General Lawton was buried here before being moved to Arlington. He was awarded the Medal of Honor.
A lesser known tourist spot but still worth a an hour.
@@aboveitall9600 I am thankful to say my 5th grandfather was Gen. George Rogers Clark.. His brother William Clark... So I truly appreciate the freedom we have today.. Both here and in the USA. FROM all the sacrifices made.

Hi Mike what happened to the original channel. I ws looking for that one thanks.
We still post there too here it is youtube.com/@ThatPhilippinesLife
New to your channel so what Island and city?
This is Pavia which is minutes drive to Iloilo City Main areas
Hay. We are interested.
The first pinned comment is the home owner
😊 there is a catch what is it
It's a westerner who owns with his Filipina wife he just wants to make sure whoever rents it takes good care of it too
Aloha from Hawaii 🏝️ Are you able to ask the owner how much it cost to build that lazy river kinda pool? Thanks in advance
His Facebook is pinned to the top comment you can contact him directly :) I can't imagine it's that expensive to do if you have the space
Appreciate you! Takecare and mahalo 🤙🏽
Hi when the time we bought the property that lazy river was already there and we just fixed and tiled because it was in very bad condition. More or less we spent €1500 including the labor.
@@joyhowells9898yeah we added a small pump and filter (about 300 euro I think and?) and some pipework. All very cheap to do in Filipines. Workers are generally very skilled and hard working, and not expensive
Interesting how big the disparity is from location to location lol. Here $500 U.S monthly in other places living more modest $50 U.S Monthly
Iloilo is booming more jobs than people lately, I reposted one post today of a BPO in Iloilo looking for 300 new customer service agents. And this BPO average wage is about 38k if I remember correctly. So a two person household income can afford much more
Thailand has more bang for your buck. Bigger place for less money. The bathroom looks smaller than my closet in Thailand. Lol
Is it rented?? I love it
Not sure, drop him a message it's the pinned top comment for his Facebook
Hi it is rented.
will be available again on second week of January.
@@joyhowells9898 I am moving there February first
@@howardeverett7756Il let you know if it's still available of January..thanks
I am not even fond of lloilo and I want to move into that house.
I'll take this hse anytime IF i were tostay in Iloilo. You shld know how much apt here in Chicago costs $2100 -$2500/ month then add yur utilities, car payments and other bills .😢
WHAT IS THAT IN AMERICAN $
How much cost and where?
I'm guessing you asked this before watching? It's 7-8 min north of Sm Iloilo in Pavia and P28k a month
Hello, I have a weird question if you don't mind. My wife and I are looking to rent a house in Pototan. Do you know of anyone renting out a place in that area? We have looked online and have had no luck finding anything. I know that usually word of mouth works best over here. Thank you for any help, we appreciate it.
I don't but I know people there I can give you that know everyone there! Message on Facebook That Philippines Life
Thank you for your response. For some reason we were unable to send a message on Facebook, so we just sent you an email, thank you again.@@ThatPhilippinesLife
@supergokue1 I got the email and I'm working on getting you the right contact
That’s a pool? 😮
Just a dipping pool or kids paddling pool with water feature, we really enjoyed it while we were there over the summer, great for relaxing by and our 5 year old son and his friends to play in
Anyone know the price?
It was listed for P28k a month including the electric vehicle
is that a suzuki burgman?
Yes it was really decent
Why don’t you move to that house for $500.00 a month or so, it very beautiful with a vehicle even.
I want this I’m ready to put up a deposit
Unfortunately so many were interested it went quickly. I'm trying to find more great places to show
You totally oversold this at the beginning 😂
Truth is I hadn't seen it yet only the photos
Mike could you send Lilibeth and I the contact info for this house and how to contact Mims about the condos. We just moved to Iloilo and we are staying in an Airbnb small condo and wish to live in this area. Thank you for everything y’all do. We stayed in Boracay for 2 months before we came here. Robert and Lilibeth
All I have is the Facebook page that's pinned in the first comment at the top here for this house. I'll look for Mims in the meantime
Mimz is facebook.com/mimz.aldea?mibextid=ZbWKwL
hi I'm the owner the house will be available again on 2nd week of January .
Can you both move there ?
We are stuck in a lease with no allowance to cancel early
Is it for saie?
Just a rental although his link is pinned on top comment you could drop him a message directly
@@ThatPhilippinesLife Thanks.
It's a 2 story, and HOT AIR RISES ! EXTRA $$$ to cool but What Town/ City??? very limited info.
maybe I missed, sorry but post it!
Are you a contact person? I don't use Facebook and refuse!! Who posts their personal info/ life on Facebook is crazy.
That should only be $700
Canadian dollars true
i could do without the electric trike
Yeah you can rent without the trike. We just got if for ease of getting around the subdivision and going to the local 7/11 which is just outside rhe entrance.
Its pricey for Iloilo standard.i have two condos in manila with first class amenities, but do not lease that expensive.i dont think its worth the price!
Hi this is a 3 bed house with large garden fully furnished to a high standard, not a condo. Small fully furnished modern studio condos here in Iloilo city rent for 25k PHP per month, 2 beds from 30 to 50k php per month. Just check online. Prices of rentals have gone up everywhere. Most regional cities are not far behind Manila now. We just rented another similar 3 bed house with smaller garden for 30k php to a couple who were paying 50k for nice 2 bed condo here. They wanted a garden and space.
Got 500 usd?
Tiny
Michael, you 'membership' states TPL. Is this YOUR membership, and it is funds to you, not your former partner?
This channel is entirely me, the old channel is Bianca entirely she changed to TPL Bianca after Bianca Biakiin but her @ is still the former
If you’re a superstitious Canadian, beware! In my Wise php account I bought 42PHP avg per $1 CAD, so I did the math! 28,000 / 42 = $666 cad! Haha
Oh 😱 glad I don't get 42!
Hi. You show the house like a salesman. Teasing and blowing the house up. Just be yourself
This is me seeing the house for the very first time, sorry I'm just being me I don't know how to reacted any different if I love it then I love it. I have zero financial interest in the house renting or not
Toilets, but no toilet paper?

TV on the Stairs …? Its Tiny.. I stay at Surf Beach Bungalows in a 2 Bedroom Bungalow with huge back Garden shared pool with 5 other Bungalows, Gym , Cafe , And best of all the Beach is just 29 Steps across the road ( I counted ), And its bigger than this house,Just outside on the road is Two Shops selling Food ,Veg , Fruit , Meat , Everything you need basically, They will even deliver for free, All for £122 a month , I have signed a lease for 12 months and about to sign on for another year, After 3 months the owner started cleaning the Bungalow every week for me for free, She kind of mother’s me, I also got some friends to rent 4 others from them, Its brilliant. Shop around get out of the large Cities and towns , $500 bucks is a lot for that place,
Unfortunately as you can see by the comments, Iloilo city area is expensive. Not the beach life but the city life. Definitely cheaper in the provinces by a mile
What's the location of those surf beach bungalows you mentioned.? They sound almost too good to be true. Genuinely id like to check them out and stay. I did a search online but couldn't find them
you waste my time by not showing the price upfront
Nice house but I don't like the place in Iloilo.
Obviously no one lives in the house as the electric bill is 3500 pisos a month..with all the air cons plus plus everything else, would be at least 8000..just saying
In Seychelles even a small house like this with all these A/C, the minimum electricity would be around 15,000 pesos.
That is the bill when occupied. My house I rent it 4500 to 6k with three a/c units running almost 24/7 most days and it's larger so it's not that unreasonable
The elec bill is low because the AC and other appliances are inverter type. Beside, during the night, I think some ac will be turned off except the one inside the room.
Hi I'm the owner (with my husband). We stayed there for 4 months over the summer. We were using 2 inverter aircons most of the time. The electric bills were under 4k per month. my guess is if you used the 3rd inverter air con most of the time maybe add another 1000 pesos per month
Hahah OBVIOUSLY LAUREN
your an idiot because guess what? Just because there's air conditioners in the home doesn't mean you have to use them. You do know they turn off and on so if you're not using the freaking air conditioners all the time then I guess it's not going to be a billion dollars like you think. Smart one and there is someone living in there right now. Did you see the stuff in the fridge? 😂🙄🙄🙄
There's a Philippines that's like trashing the Philippines. Saying g like too crowded,to noisy,no privacy. I mean this place is tranquil. She's definitely in a poor part of Philippines too bad😂
you can cover your face with your hand but you still need derma
Thank you for always watching :)
Nothing special buddy..
LMAO. If he is looking to you then is overpriced. If was that good it would be gone well before you tried to get clicks - Simples
So many people wanted this place after this video and it went quickly. The market is hot as heck here right now. So many expats struggling to find something nice
