Thank you my friend. It started with my left neck lymph node getting swollen. No other symptoms or pain; just the swollen lymph node. Biopsy of the lymph node confirmed cancer. Most of my cancer related videos are in our playlist named "Iloilo City Philippines". My chemo was done at Medical City Iloilo and my radiation treatments done at Medicus Cancer Institute both in Iloilo City, Philippines.
Congratulations on good MRI. You might want to look into Ketogenic Diet there are a few Cancer Patients on this way of eating with very good results. Blessings going forward.

Hi, I live in South Africa. The sun is always shining here and there is always the risk of developing skin cancer if you have a light skin. I developed a growth on the lower eye lid of my right eye. I do not know if it is cancer or just a benign growth but I went on a high nutrition diet for about two months and the growth have shrunk noticeably. I would like to share the diet with you. The soup Ingredients: - two handfuls of Chopped broccoli, one chopped onion (purple), two bags of green tea, two pinches of mixed herbs, two sticks of cut celery, Two handfuls of frozen and crushed spinach or kale, half a table spoon of crushed garlic, Three shakes of black pepper, seven shakes of turmeric, two tablespoons full of apple cider vinegar (with the mother), one bag of white onion powder soup for flavour, a hand full of cooked red speckled beans and a handful of cooked mince meat. Just add all the ingredients in a pot, add boiling water and switch the stove on high till the water boils. Then lower the heat until the water simmer, Let the soup simmer for an hour. The soup is now ready. I would only drink water in the morning. At 12h00 I would start eating the soup. There will be about two helpings that you can eat in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. I also ate a fruit salad every day in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. (Note: Apparently turmeric reduces the effect of some chemotherapy drugs and thus should not be taken during chemotherapy.) During the rest of the week I would also eat food that contains vitamin D like avocado’s, mushrooms, liver and eggs in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. It seems to be working for me, maybe it will also work for you. I pray to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ that you will continue to stay healed. Amen. Congratulations on the good news you received regarding your cancer situation. It takes courage and decency to disclose your personal struggle in a public way. I also had a similar cancer and treatment (tonsil) about 5 years ago. I had 36 radiation treatments and 8 chemo sessions. I'm a tough guy, but the treatment regimen was rough ( and partially during the pandemic). Very much like you I was accepting of my situation- I was most concerned about those close to me. To generalize most people have a real fear of a cancer diagnosis- most seem to believe it's a death sentence despite modern medical advances. Once diagnosed. You have to put much of your faith in your oncology team and press forward. The recovery process is painfully slow, as you know- some issues take years to resolve. It's important to put in the work, as you are doing: the physical therapy aspect is vitally important. I know that you have dry mouth and swallowing issues as I did for almost 2 years. Use the Biotine lozenges and any sugarless gum as that helps stimulate the salivary glands- that use seemed to help me. You're clearly a good guy and as a veteran I wish you good luck with your VA claim- be persistent! Good luck with your health and Peace and blessings to you, Dazel, and Leanna!

Congratulations on beating this vile disease. I have military service brothers who have fought it and beat it, they get check ups every 6 months. My mother has beat cancer a few times but let it go unchecked until she was sick, then her body was severely infected. But she was able to beat it but her body is wrecked now. First: Trust your Oncologist, but Verify they are correct. By law, they Have to recommend chemotherapy or radiation. Eventually running 5 K's again is a good goal, but IMO you should be walking barefoot in the wet sand on one of those great beaches every day. My friends wife beat breast cancer with chemotherapy ten years ago. She even started running 5 K's again. Then 10 years later she developed head and neck cancer. After many treatments she is now down to a few more weeks with no hope. They have recently discovered that one of the side effects of radiation and especially chemotherapy is the return of cancer in another location years later for Many people.
I quit my chemotherapy for my very rare Incurable liver cancer after four horrendous treatments. I'm now 6 months past the date my Advanced Medicine Oncologist said I would be dead without chemotherapy.
Someone is certianly watching over you big time! Your BLESSED! I care about you ..yer a neat guy. I continue to pray fir ya .....stay healthy.

If you every get those old feelings in your stomach like you are going to throw up Stop and Hum for a minute. Then continue eating.
