LOL, I was never tired until I got a husband (and a child)! Men slow you down, no question. When I was a single young woman, I flew through life!
On a very serious note, I found this video very helpful. 👍🏼
😂😂😂
🤦♀️🤦♀️I am 76 and still married to the same guy…..now you tell me!😳😳😠😂😂😂😂
Our wonderful doctor, please try to translate all your videos into Arabic. Unfortunately, I am not strong in English. Talk to us about melasma, hair loss in the front of the head, split hair, eye swelling in the eye socket in the upper corner of the eye, and milia and pimples.
Omg @roxanemarquez7825 this CRACKED ME UP!!! 😂😂😂😂 That’s hilarious and omg so true!
Omg! 😂
I'm retired. I sleep 9 hours, usually. 50% more than I did during my last 10 working years, 6 hours was my avg. I am more poor, but more rested. I stopped thinking I needed to keep up with the Jones' in my late 30s and concentrated on getting out of debt. I stopped living in a sick fantasy, thinking I needed to be competitive on my material possessions. These were the key to happiness in my case. I also eat much more healthfully, as I cook and rarely eat in restaurants. I don't eat sweets. These were things I changed over a 5 year period. You can't or shouldn't do it all overnight, if you want to be successful. I still have many things to work on. The process is never over.
I am never tired. I have lots energy. Sleep 8-10 hours. Also do resistance training 3x wk & cardio/walking 4x. In my 60's & feel great.
Thanks for sharing!
🤔 I'm more productive@Night time after 10 p.m. - 12:00 a.m...Why? Because, it's so quiet, no noise, no people, no traffic, no music...Just me, myself, and I with GOD!!! 🙏😔🙏@@rajanimdskincare
@@la_baby_khalil7703 I can understand that
I would like to add this for anyone suffering from chronic fatigue and brain fog . I spent years about 8 of them in and out of Drs offices every test possible done to find out why I never felt good always so tired no matter how much sleep I got . Finally after all the test and endless Dr appointments I prayed to God to please send me a Dr to help me if I could be helped . The very next morning on my TH-cam feed the only one that showed up was a natural pathic Dr named Dr Lotte valentine in phoenix’s Az . I contacted her and agreed to pay out of pocket because she does not take insurance. Best decision I ever made in my life. We ran a urine test something regular Drs do not do or if they do they never tested me . Anyways she ran my urine testing for heavy metals and sure enough that was what was wrong with me ! Sever heavy metal poisoning!!!! One year later now after following her advice on all natural medicine I’m free and feel better than I have in over a decade. I sure hope this helps Even if just one person . ♥️🙏
🙏🏻🙏🏻
My exhaustion was mercury toxicity from dental amalgam..Luckily I came across Andy Hall Cutler research n chelation protocol.
@@carollynne5943 so happy you where able to get help also . ♥️🙏
I wear an Apple watch and use its sleep app. I average 4 hours deep sleep a night WHEN I exercise an hour cardio and 30 min weights plus walking. When I get at least 15,000 steps [ I am retired and 75) I get 5 hours DEEP sleep with a total of 9-10 hours. I take magnesium and my calcium w D3 before bed. I often eat a TBS of plain yogurt so the last item in my system has probiotics. If I drink ANY alcohol, my sleep is affected and also if I eat very salty food. I drink rarely now because I prefer sleep. I drink tonic water with lemon and pretend it has vodka in it
OMG Everyone makes fun of me cause I nap when I get home from work around 4:15 pm. But they don't get that I get so much energy and more things done, plus I'm still tired enough to go back to bed at 10pm.
I have to be in a complete dark room and quiet room to be able to sleep well. Then I married a man who needs a light on and has to listen to a podcast or have music on!!! OMG! who does that?
Time for separate bedrooms! My grandparents wound up doing that as my grandmother liked to read late into the night and my grandfather needed a dark room.
I hate these dumb phones. I "lose" my phone all the time so I'm not tempted to touch it. Drives my family crazy, but it's so freeing. Great video, doc.
Dr. Rajani is very knowledgeable and has a good heart. I refer friends to him!
I started taking ashwaganda on Saturday, and on Sunday I fell asleep before saying my prayers! I didn’t know it made you sleepy, but I guess that’s an another benefit of taking it.
I uses to be tired. I eat meat. No sugar. Almost no carbs. Not too many veggies. Execute and red light in the morning. I feel awake and in a good mood
🤣
What red light do you use ?
Every time I do this, I feel like I am drying … apathy, low energy, demotivation foe life … does not work for me !!!
Yes, if you are a good homemaker, mother and wife, you will be tired. But, the rewards are fabulous.
I'm an athletically fit 73 yr. old. I average between 8-9 hours of sleep a night.
I put my cell phone on Do Not Disturb from 9pm - 8am, I also block it off on weekends, I don't recall the weekend thing I used. I also turned off all notifications and leave sound off all the time. What I found really bothered me, is everything popping up on screen when I woke up in the morning. Drove me nuts when I first woke up. my normal routine would be to listen to a podcast during my makeup routine, etc. Just seeing a million popups from so many people at 6 am was too much for my mood. Putting on the Do Not Disturb was revolutionary for whole day, not to mention, helped retain sleep.

In traumatic circumstances, I started doing the absolutely wrong things..sugar and late night online distraction. Thank you. I’ve made it worse. I have a hyperactive dog but I was determined to distract myself and not sleep, wake up and ☕️☕️. Yes, light issues too.

I have always covered up with Band-Aids the little red lights in my bedroom and I do have blackout curtains. I have done this sense l teenager and it does help me sleep. Thank you Doctor for explaining why. 💚
On my first or second day of my period I sometimes sleep for up to 12 hours if I don’t set an alarm! I feel guilty for sleeping for so long but my body needs it. If I don’t get around 10 hours during this time and I go to the office or am up & too active, I feel like death and have to try not to pass out. No bad cramping or anything just extreme fatigue. When I listen to my body and rest I feel great 😊.
My Ayurvedic doc also told me to rest during the first 1-2 days of my cycle and this is what women would do historically.
Hey how do you sleep for 12 hours in a go?😅 I struggle to sleep continuously for even two hours 😢

I agree, I don't know how they do, and I feel bad for people who can't sleep well.
90% of my well being is based in the amount of time I do sleep. I exercise at night because makes me enough tired for sleeping better.
Very useful info. Thank you.
I was just saying that I've been up from 12-3am! Thank you
I have found that doing a couple of breathing exercises for about 10 minutes when already in bed, makes me fall asleep right away.
Wow this is one of your best ever lectures!!! You are amazingly helpful! Thank you! I shared this video to nonbelievers in deep sleep!
Thanks for sharing!! I appreciate your great feedback
The reason Las Vegas hotel windows don't open is due to suicide prevention. "Nevada has one of the highest suicide rates in the nation and jumping (be it from the Strat, Hoover Dam, upper-level parking garages, overpasses, or hotel balconies) is a popular choice. Hence, most hotels don't even have windows that open, let alone balconies." And, climate or temperature is another.
CORRECT!!! you got it
I tossed my prison phone about 9 years ago and never looked back. My computer is hard wired and I turn the wireless off at night. I only have red LED lights on in my home at night too. For a few months, have taken-
Mg Citrate & Glycinate, Inositol, Taurine, & Ashwaganda taken an hour before bedtime.
Some nights I get 7-7 1/2 hrs, other nights 5-6.
Don’t drink alcohol.
What I find affects my sleep- not eating enough protein, eating protein that is too lean, eating a dessert. Also, I have a very low carb diet but having a root veggie helps.
Will start keeping a journal. If I don’t get more consistent sleep, I will definitely try your sleep supplement.

There can be exception to research. For me - I’m very productive in the afternoon and evening. I have no trouble sleeping and get 8 hrs sleep. I tried the tips and still found I’m not a morning person.
Well said! No doubt we are all different and need to get to know our own systems. Just like you did. Experiment.

Great video, thank you. My room is dark and I never watch television or anything on a FIRE tablet or cell phone before I go to bed. We are told to drink a lot of water for our bodies and brain function and so I drink about 8 glasses of water a day, maybe a little less. What about the importance of nutrients? Are there any recommendations for or against carbs and meat?
I have chronic sleep problems. I haven't slept without medication in 30 years. I am up and down all night. I just can't sleep. Unable to sleep. I wish I could. If you know of any help. Please let me know. I do have my bedroom dark all the time. I do not go into REM

“Calm” magnesium is the best for sleep and so many other things.
Magnesium makes me go to the bathroom
@@janicesmith8946 that won’t happen if you take magnesium glycinate. I am usually constipated that is why “calm” works for me because it has magnesium citrate in it and that makes the bowel movement smooth and keeps the colon clean.
This video resonated with me. All my life people were surprised when they found out my age. My landlord, until recently, used to call me Benjamin Button lol. At 49, people assumed I was 32. In work senior managers used to say; 'How are you young man?' lol. I was older than them. They just didn't know my actual age. I'm in my 50s now and even in January 2023 a guy in his 20s assumed I couldn't be older than 45. I was 55. Then a month later in February 2023, I looked in the mirror one morning and OMG. I had literally aged over night. Ever since no-one has reacted when they ask my age. I'll be honest it hurts because it was so sudden. And Im still not used to it. Despite using tretinoin and eating healthy for many years it just went over night mostly showing on the nasolabial folds. I could handle gradually aging but that sudden! I enjoy the weekend evening's, beers and late nights and maybe it just cought up with me? Like I literally aged a decade over night. If only I knew before.

@matc6221 I feel the same. I'll be 60 in March. I looked at a picture of myself on my 50th birthday. My skin was tight, my hair looked great, my teeth were beautiful. 6 yrs ago after a long weekend up at our cabin my husband pushed me in to hiking 10 miles a day.
I had been hiking 7-8 miles and felt it was plenty. I took his challenge, honestly to get him off my back. After that weekend of hiking my knees, ankles & feet hurt so bad. The pain got worse as the days went on. I saw numerous doctors until a pain specialist diagnosed me with an autoimmune disease that mimics R.A. Since then my physical activity has been reduced to 2 slow leisurely walks a week with a ton of medication to make my joints feel well enough that I can stand up long enough to shower & dry my hair. I can run quick errands that don't require a lot of standing or walking. My teeth have turned a dull color from the meds and my facial skin is no longer tight. I've gained weight from not being able to hike or walk 4 miles with my dogs any longer. My sleep is 4 hrs a night with another 2 hours late morning. I think all the meds really screw with my sleep cycle.
From 50 yrs to 60yrs my face & body have changed so much. It's very depressing. 😢
@@cathyincolorado1432 I'm sorry to hear that. I to was on/am on medication. 5mg melatonin in just ONE CAPSULE IS A LOT! My daughter has a sleep condition called Delayed Sleep Phase Disorder where her natural sleep time is 4am to 1pm, and she doesn't release any natural melatonin until about 2am. Absolutely. Women are presenting to their doctor, being give anti depressants and "labeled" when in fact its hormone loss that's the heart of the problem. You need to do many things with nutrition, sleep, exercise especially starting at age 40. Watch my video on hormone loss here:
