i use a marathon micromotor and rotatory burs to cut metal. then i polish the bright cuts with tiny sanding paper disks. the final result is always very clean. i like the fact thet there are different ways and tools to do the same work.
Hi Vitto, I believe that your approach is also very practical. However you must agree with me that the shine of a hand pushed bright cut is amazing ;-)
@@heinikendude there is no other way to obtain that shine, i must admit. but i have to see the final polish with brushes (under a microscope) and see the differences between cutting burs and burins. but yes shine with burin > cutting burs.
Excellent work! Do you made all the work under microscope or just to set the stones?I have a micro and is very complicated to me work with the micromotor under microscope Thanks!
Are you not marking the center point of each stone? Looks like you only mark the margins of each stone and drill in between each mark, drifting the hole as you step up ball burr size
Hi Jacob, First of all thanks for the comment and sorry for replying so late. All gravers are 'Carbide' and hand sharpened. You can also re-use and re-cut old carbite tip bol burs from Bush or so... Bests
Llama Sama equipment is all juratools. Check them out and mention my name. To pick up the small diamonds and eventually set them I prefer a beading tool and some water. Adhesion - cohesion
+Inlow Jewelers, that's correct Tim, just using a water bath /ultra sonic... Diamonds reflect light within them, so no need to drill holes all the way through. =)
Alguien podría decirme cómo se llama la herramienta que está utilizando para hacerle el desgaste en la orilla de en donde setting los diamantes ? Por favor
I'm not trying to be hard on your work because the end result is pretty but look @22:51 and I can see 3 or 4 stones that are not sitting flush with the side of the ring. Which will cause them to rub the wedding ring cause it to scratch the gold of the opposing band or if the wedding ring also has diamonds on the side can cause scratching on both diamonds. Attention to the details is what makes a piece a masterpiece.
Very nice! Especially working with such a small part of the band. Definitely going to save the video for future reference.
Thanks for your nice words! ;-)
Trabajo de categoría. Gracias por compartir.
Gracias Elier!
Great artist ❤️
Thank you very much Bhanu!

Beautiful work! What type of wheel do you use to sharpen/polish your gravers?
Those are called diamond wheels available from Juratools
Yo uso discos de carborundio
@@heinikendude thank you
nicely giving over idea 👌to how can 11:29'' to 11:59'' practical, quickly alternative way.from other sharpening methods.
Thanks! I always prefer the hand held sharpening option over a GRS disk sharpener
That's NICE! What is that thing your carving the edges out with?
HI Lawrence, that is a carbide graver. I polish these at certain angles and to the specific job.
Waw stupéfiants magnifiques grands merci
Amani thanks for your love
Fantástico
Great!
Thanks ;-)

Yes, you are correct. I drill in between to not lose the marks. If I drill on the marks I lose my 'reference points' ;-)
beautiful work mate what gravers are you using?
Hi Jacob,

Thanks for posting your work. Very inspirational.

what kind if rotary tool are you using? and what tools do you find the most useful for setting stones?
Llama Sama equipment is all juratools. Check them out and mention my name. To pick up the small diamonds and eventually set them I prefer a beading tool and some water. Adhesion - cohesion
@@heinikendude Thank you very much for the reply and the information. I enjoyed watching your work immensely.
whats that tool called used to measure and carve out the lines on the ring
It looks like he is using a caliper to do the scribing
Hi Young Boss, this the best device for measuring, it's from Juratools reach out to them and mention my name ;-)

Rechstreeks met de blauwe Ceragloss wiel of met de gele?
So actually there is no need to use a flat graver for bright cutting the sides?
I do use a flat graver ;-) I cut inwards with a flat graver.
🤩👍
Thanks!
Sir, I want to ask, what's the name of the syringe? who made that side
Hi Eric Lee, what do you mean with the syringe?
@@heinikendude 6:50 in indonesia we called him a syringe
I also put diamonds
@@heinikendude it's not a mechine?
The blade is the same as mine, but I use a small hammer for it, because it is less smooth
T is a beutifull setting .what ever happen whith the reside dead and drigthe cut annd rounded whith deader and mllgrain tecnic
HI Gloria, I don't fully understand your question.
Can I ask what are you using for zooming ? Thanks
Hi Constantin, Yes it's a normal cam recorder from sony with an digital zoom
That
s a beautiful ring. But when there's no hole drilled all the way through, how does one clean out behind those diamonds?
just with water and soap, or if its a mess throw it in a sonic bath
+Inlow Jewelers, Indeed Tim, just using a sonic bath. Diamonds reflect light within itself, so no need for a hole all the way through =)

What tool are you using to shave off the sides?
These are different kinds of gravers; flat gravers, 60 degree gravers ,.. all made by hand
Which divider you are using my friend?
Hi Zack, I use JuraTools. Check out his website for the best tools!
