I made an OpenSCAD model myself(Optimized XYZ Calibration print), but the Customizer app couldn't open it, and then I watched this video. Makes sense.
I thought that'd be the end of the story, but today I just realized that the app wasn't 'broken', per se.
Turns out the app is running an old version of OpenSCAD and cannot parse ^ operator.
I replaced all of that with some other equations and it worked. Still, that's putting even more limit on a program that is pretty limited.

Good Observation. Although I am pretty sure that some of the broken models don't use the ^ operator - so most likely some other features are also missing...
