The aerodynamically-shaped, semi-rigid Charger Pro Backpack is built to excel at carrying bulky items over big distances in total comfort, thanks to its adjustable harness, complete with magnetic closure, which delivers comfort by spreading the load over the back, thus making the weight ‘disappear’. Constructed from a heavy-duty fabric for durability, the Charger Pro Backpack is equipped with a pocket to accommodate an Alpinestars Nucleon KR-Celli back protector and a helmet carrier.
Thermo-formed front panel is semi-rigid for strength and aerodynamically sculpted to provide minimal drag when riding.
Front panel has a smooth surface fabric construction for additional aerodynamic performance and features a polyurethane-coated pattern embossed polyester for durability.
Durable textured main body fabric utilizes a Jaquard-weave 440g polyester with TPE back coating for exceptional durability.
Clamshell main compartment opening with inner gusset for ease of use.
Single auto-lock slider zipper on main compartment for a secure closure.
The Charger Pro Backpack is expandable allowing users to increase the capacity of the backpack by approximately 4.5 liters.
Equipped with a back protector compartment that has been designed to accommodate an Alpinestars Nucleon KR-CELLi back protector (Size M).
Adjustable harness allows riders to adapt it to their torso length for a personalized fit, thus ensuring stability and comfort.
Harness has been designed to be used with one hand, and features a quick-release magnetic center buckle for quick and easy use.
The lower strap has quick release buckles, making it easy for riders to remove the backpack.
Removable waist belt allows riders to adapt the bag to their personal riding requirements. When worn, the belt offers greater stability; when removed it allows greater freedom of movement.
Equipped with a small pocket at top of the main compartment for storage of essentials, with removable waist belt pockets for additional storage options.
A padded laptop pocket with a closure strap, individual organizer pockets plus additional mesh pockets allow riders to quickly and easily sort and store items.
Built-in helmet carrier with color keyed anchor point allows riders to easily and securely carry a helmet without fear of dropping it.
Rain cover included for wet weather performance.
    Reflective piping.

I came back from the local store about 10 minutes ago after buying this back pack, but I had no idea it was a new model.
Because I am getting older and stiffer with limited range of motion in my shoulders, especially when wearing a heavy, leather, motor cycle jacket, I was looking for an easy-on, easy-off backpack and this was the only one that fit the bill. All together it feels like a good piece of kit, and I really like that you can add a decent back protector.
A couple of things I have already noticed: a) Any of the two (detachable) pockets on the side strap can fit not only a phone but an entire a Garmin XT which is great. They also easily fit a GoPro camera with bits and pieces b) The upper level strap adjusters tended to snag the edge of my helmet when I turned my head, which was a bit annoying. Will have to see if I can fix that.
Here in France you can get the back pack for 113 euro ..

I have an addiction to motorcycle backpacks. I've owned 3 Alpinestars backpacks with the last one being the Tech Aero. They're decent quality and get the job done. Let's face it. Alpinestars backpacks look cool. Alpinestars backpacks are not bomb-proof though. If you're willing to spend a lot more money, I'd buy either Kriega or Velomacchi.

I've got the airflow version myself and honestly it needs to be like 70+ or youll get cold(unless your one of those ppl that wear shorts in winter, or are cold blooded). It seriously flows ALOT of air, even fully zipped. It's my first leather jacket and I was shocked by the airflow. Of course since it's leather, its not something to be standing around in, in direct sun light. Or you'll roast. Was about 75-80 here yesterday and I stopped by a friends in 10-15 mins I was sweating bad with it on.
Once I got going again, within a half mile I was cooled back down. Only gripes are the chest and back protectors aren't easy to install. It's got the attachment points for an Astars back protector with straps or just the 59 or 79 KRi back protectors. It's got a pocket for those. The chest protectors will push anything you have in your left chest pocket into your chest. But its a race fit jacket, so it's tight, then adding additional armor adds bulk. It's not too bad with a phone in your pocket there.
It's a comfortable jacket. I like it. With all the armor, the elbows, chest and back plus the jacket. It probably weighs 5-6lbs. I haven't had it long, but I really like it.

Pretty slick pack. Helmet carrier is a great idea but looks like it could be beefed up a bit. The whole pack seems perfect for something to contain all your gear in the break room at work, but I don't think I'd trust it for walking around at a college campus.

@@sportbiketrackgear the issue I'd have with it is when you're in a class and have to put your bag on the floor. Not that I'm worried about my helmet being set on the floor, I'd just rather have it on the desk. Bags get kicked, helmets are pricey. Definitely a good setup to keep all your gear contained though.
