Great series! As I checked my form in the leg straightening around 1:02, I noticed that I can barely get my legs bent beyond a 90 degree angle (far from straight) 1. Is there a movement to help get this ligament looser/more flexible to allow this? 2. How much of the focus should be on getting the leg straight here vs not bending the back/shoulder? Thanks!
I think I will do this for few days tell i get the hang of it ! it was great and felt good but my knees are too weak that i cant have my legs straight :( I jst want my flat tummy back after having kids !

this was great. struggled with side plank a bit but that will get better the more I practice. can't wait to see what tomorrow has in store for me.
