  • Repair for 1999-2004 Superdutys. Lower shock bushings have failed several times on me, this time i didn't want it to return. Used Grade 8 bolts, 1/2 stainless sleeves, energy suspension bushings, and installed grease fittings. Enjoy

    My truck makes this noise when stationary sometimes too. Think it could be the same thing? From engine vibration?

      @@emeraldhr got aftermarket exhaust? See if it's rubbing on the downpipe

    I have a horrible clunking noise come from the front passenger side. I replaced The Whole steering since that was shot been looking at other things ball joints seem fine sway bar bushing seem fine. Definitely gonna check my shock bushing. I feel the same I love my 01 7.3 4x4 crew cab long bed w/ 170k but I’m up to here ready to let it go

      I rebuilt my whole front end on my 2002 F150 2 wheel drive SuperCrew still had a clunk and screech as I went up drive ways or when I turned the wheel pulling out of a parking spot speed bumps pot holes left or right hand turns as I’m driving. Ended up being the lower control arms they come with new ball joints and that shut everything up it a lot better bushings were wore out control arms bent etc

    How did you get a 1/2" bolt through the mounting holes? Did you drill out the holes bigger?

    • @Nicky_Pin_It
      @Nicky_Pin_It  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      They fit through mine just fine

      Well, maybe I got the Canadian built truck? I don't know, thanks for the video though. I did get that clunking to stop and it was the exact same thing, just had to get a smaller bolt. 7/16 is what I had to use. This video saved my trucks life, I was about to push it off a cliff! Thanks again for putting this out there.
