FYI, anyone trying to mess with super glue with tight tolerances like this: dip the glue on a toothpick or something extremely small and drag the glue over the part. You don’t get any control pouring it straight out of the bottle.
I had the same rubbing issue with the 2nd last stage of building the model. It ended up being the big bearing not seating properly onto the drive shaft, so I just gently tapped the black shaft and it seated the bearing better, allowing the assembly to freely rotate.

if i attack a drill or electric moter will it technicly slightly work
I had a similar problem with a bearing not seating fully due to a rough seating area. a scraper saved the day!
