They possibilities for custom bey part us impressive. However, when you said Bionicle pieces that hit me right in the nostalgia. Btw if they ever make another Beyblade anime, I hope that they reference you as a devoted fanatic that inspired things such as custom launchers, display cases and other accessories.
Awesome Video! :3 I really liked how they final bey could jump, it made me thing that a spring tip could maybe be extra fun, maybe it could jump a little more :3
JettKuso I just found out about your channel for the first time checking out Beyblades and I am in love with your content! Keep it up man that’s great stuff.
Where would I be able to get one of the mini trypios you made? I would love to have one mainly because it floats but doesn’t fly out of the stadium like the big one
Keep developing this!! This is major to think you got the lift and its playful! Please just build the 90s anime stadiums to then test it in, FULL SIZE!! ;)
Toast resin printed a functional mini toilet, that made me start watching him, oh yeah I started watching him before this, both amazingly creative channel
So I never was into Beyblade at all I'm nearly 30 , and I've been watching Beyblade X's anime each week as episodes come out. And have been thinking "Man Beyblade's pretty cool" lol I'm glad to hear the new toy series for Beyblade X is spawning such excitement, it's not just me getting pulled in.
I just have to say, 200 bucks for a printer as well kitted as this is really insane as someone who bought a cheapo $130 one 70 is not a bad upgrade for a smaller plate but convenience and reliability Which you'd be spending anyway to make the cheapo unit to be more convenient and reliable (or time spent tinkering) 3d printing is definitely worth the upfront costs to prevent getting demotivated and owning a dust collector
i feel like a bearing tip in conjuction with the flying ring might be a potential combo. to add weight i think you should honestly make the middle bit capable of holding some coins that stack and any rings. that way you can give it enough weight to not instantly die.
After you did this experiment, I understand now Tommy was right to cancel Trypio blade and came with DB and E bits instead 😂 Maybe you can try to make a Bit that has a propeller larger than blade
What would be wild with this is adding metal fight’s Storm Capricorn quake tip mechanic to make this beyblade continually “hop” and avoid the opponent while jumping and staying in the air.
Not 100% sure if it would work but might be able to set a straight tip inside of a shell with little side bits in the tip so the tip wouldn't fall out and set up a empty section in the middle of the tip with a spring set in there so when it hits the stadium it would bounce.
How does this not have more views. Also, i propose if you were to size it down. Just a tad bit more and tweaking the design to include the weight of a metal layer. You may be able to, given the extra weight and the design update, make it a viable hovering x bey. Shit, I wouldn't be surprised if the marketing team from beyblade x hasbro contacted you already.
After watching this for the 10th time (plz do more beyblade videos i love them), a propeller beyblade x could work theoretically, like if it was the ratchet or less prominent on the blade, having a bey that acts lighter than what it really is would be facinating to see
Yeah The Scenes from the Metal Fusion Episode when Madoka accidentally switched Dark Bull and Flame Saggitario's Spin Tracks leading to Benkei and Kenta trying out different part combos where so cool, They'd show the Beys Splitting apart and the new part sliding into it's Place
I have a 3D printer I've been using for a few years now. When I got into Beyblade X the first thing I printed was a custom grip for the launcher. It's so nice. The next thing was I only have one string launcher and one normal launcher. But I had a few proto launchers from the marvel colab and the 2 starter kits I got. So I printed a double proto launcher holder. It works well but its hard to test them if I was in a real battle with the other person using a normal launcher. I wanted to get the Japan stadium so I got the battle stadium that comes with Wizard rod and one other bey along with 2 normal launchers. So once that comes in I'll print another grip and something to launcher both at once. Cannot wait for that to come. I also cannot wait for wave 3 and for the Star wars collab.
I just got back into metal fight last year after being obsessed with it all of my childhood. The sad part is that there are no more metal fight tournaments that go on in my area, and no one else has them, so the fun of battling others is gone.
No way, I had many blades on my childhood but trypio was one of my favorites despite it won’t fly I enjoyed so much launching from the second flow trying to make it fly, even years after on my first years at engineering designed in rhino an upgraded version but it needed more power to really works so designed an electric launcher, but now this toroidal helix design change it all and make it way cooler than it was!, there are many Japanese fans that make really fast and dangerous blades, I can imagine this with those ones impressive speeds and it might put this game in a whole new level
What if you printed the top with the propeller the other way around si it pulls it down, and you used the helicoidal tip that makes it jump? When it jumped, it would go back down very fast (hopefully on top of the other beyblade)
tbh that would be hecking epic to have irl beyblade matches with big stadium and stuff... seemingly we are very close to that! we can just fight more and more advanced design of beyblade and strategy together!
My favorite 3D-printed Beyblade parts are the level chips for the beys of the Turbo/Cho Z system. They’re such a simple part that can improve a bey’s performance a lot but Takara Tomy locked the official ones behind very high costs. But thanks to 3D printing you can have basically the same thing for less.
Ok but What about combining you smaller fan spinner top with the spiral ratchet bit?! Theoretically you could get som decent airtime multiple times throughout the match, instead of only during launch. I'd love to see what that would look like in practice.
Dude...with the small one, use the plastic design and put it into a sand mould. Then melt some metal down in a crucible to make the metal ring. I'd be so incredibly hyped to try and make a metal version of that
I would say making your own beyblades is very creative but what about your own bakugan sets with those certain character that didn't get to be made as toys in the market but in that area you would have make adjustments on making it fold into a ball or sphere shape of that bakugan
Ooooo yeah baby. Getting that fo sho. After I catch up on all the beys I missed during my recent beyblade hiatus HMS too. Gonna be printing me a ton of HMS parts
It might work if you could somehow modify it to take metal parts from a past gen (my first thought was from plastic, but a metal fight fusion wheel might also do the trick if implemented correctly) to add the extra heft it needs.
I have watched a great many videos about 3D printing and never once wanted a 3D printer until now. I still have my OG Beyblades but I would love to make my own.
Huh, that smaller version would work real well with that tip that makes the bey jump. The whole tactic would be to play keep away by trying to stay airborne as much as possible. So, very much a stamina type beyblade.
I had an idea. How about making only using rubber tip just like the one uses in Pegasus and make the Beyblade a combination of plastic with metal so that it gets enough weight to continuously jump everytime it lands
As an og Trypio owner I can tell you the top is a massive gimmick. It's one of the worst blades out there because of its size and the downward force reducing spin longevity. It is one the the most visually impressive tops and seeing this gyro implementation is really neat.
I would love to see trypio wings shoot upward instead of downward. Probably gonna be one of the best destabilizer layer/blade and i also thought thats how maximum garuda works in burst.
My first and favorite Bey was called Phantasus (can’t remember how to spell) and it was a BEAST!!!!! He dominated every battle until new beyblades entered the house and over usage. Now he’s a relic of an ancient past. I even sent a letter to Hasbro asking if they could make a custom beyblade for me called Nitro Nocue, where he could (somehow) change directions mid battle, without losing much momentum and speed. What a stupid boy I was.
This would probably work better if you used a taller middle part (the part that connects the tip with the main body). So as to be taller and the wings don't get hit as much
One thing I tried was looking back at the metal series or even beyblade burst. What beys where really good at stamina? The ones with all the weight on the outside almost like a bicycle wheel or similar. So I printed out a disc where all the plastic was out on the end with small supports and it does really well against burst beys without being as heavy as some other beys. Might be something to try. I guess the closest would be like Garuda but beef up the outside ring and use less material closer to the center. \
