- Our french fries are fast and easy to make. Anyone can make these homemade french fries from potatoes. We show the easy way to make fries in about thirty minutes or less.
We show how many potatoes are needed for each person to make homemade french fries for all to enjoy. We also demonstrate how to easily cut up the potatoes for frying. We also show how long to cook the potatoes.
Please don't use those frozen french fries because they are made with and contain added chemicals. You can see from our easy demonstration that anyone can make these quickly and much less expensive than bought ones. Finally, homemade french fries simply taste so much better than frozen fries.

I make fries on oven
We use a brown paper bag and shake the fries to get the salt oating and excess grease off after the paper towels.

On another note, my wife made your vanilla extract awhile back and loved it. She needs to make more as what she made is almost gone, but she watched a video today of a lady who made the extract with vodka and she kept adding more vodka to it as it got low. Do you know if my wife can do the same with the whiskey? If not, she will still keep using your recipe since she likes it so well.

Hi. I’ve seen where folks were adding more liquor as the vanilla extract got low. I haven’t tried it but it just seams that it would not be as strong vanilla wise as an original batch. Also, if she decides to try it, I would use bourbon or Jack Daniel’s because it’s already got notes of flavor where vodka doesn’t. Thanks for the kind comments! God Bless!!

That is not enough fries for twelve adults, that is insane
I said 12 potatoes for 6 adults. Some ladies only eat 1.
they always come greasy! Throw them in the oven is better.
Not if you cook them correctly. I’ve been cooking these since I was a kid. Turn them too early and they are mushy and greasy. The trick is don’t turn them too early. These taste better than in the oven.
