Very good presentation (good prep), nice design and quality of the house. The price is too high for Marbella east, noise of the beach club 20meters away, the size, not frontline and missing indoor pool. Is already over one year on the market, at the end the price must fit or a buyer who doesn't care. Would rate it for max. 8m, let's see...

This villa, called 'Villa Sapphire', was listed on the market for €11,75 million 2 years ago. Now it's €12,5 milion and it's still there!

Drumelia hat das Haus vor 2 Jahren präsentiert. Seit 2 Jahren aufm Markt und keiner kauft es. Schön eingerichtet aber diese Architektur will dann am Ende wohl doch keiner haben.

I love this home, but it’d be a nightmare to clean following the periodic Saharan dust storms.
ceilings are to low for that price. I want more ceilings that’s what wows people when they walk in.
I just feel that theres a lot if very expensive mansions squeezed into small plots. Were's your privacy the street is way too busy.

OMG this is an excellent example of 'nouveau riche's' typical hypertrophic luxury taste: you can get far better fron a fraction of that budget. (Sorry Viktoria I love you, but this overdesigned home really sucks).
