Wow the homes you bring us just keeps getting better and better. Dominic and Patrick you keep setting the bar higher and higher. I think the animal on the top of the painting in the third bedroom is a Lemur. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated. The cinema and games room is fantastic. The outdoors area is fantastic too. Great gym and added bonus with a sauna, (something every home should have in my opinion). This is close to the perfect home for me.

​@@TheMarobrothers Thank you Brothers for this answer, for almost 5 years and the arrival of Drumelia, prices have skyrocketed for disastrous reasons, I can give you the list of villas in Marbella that have been on the market for more than 3 years that have changed prices down 3 or 4 times, there is one of the largest villas on the market that I will not name, for more than 3 years it has gone from 24,000,000 million € to 17,400,000 € this villa will leave one day but at 14,000,000 €, this is what I call the Drumelia absurdity which has rotted the market with prices 30 to 40% above the value

Eure Präsentation war sehr gut. Für mich wirkte dieses Haus auf den ersten Blick recht interessant. Auf den zweiten und dritten Blick jedoch kann man deutliche Mängel feststellen. Die Bäder sind zu klein. Der begehbare Kleiderschrank ist auf keinen Fall ausreichend für 2 Personen. In der Küche fehlt der Dunstabzug (Das Fenster lässt sich ja nicht öffnen) und das Kochfeld ist zu klein. Die Außenflächen sind völlig überladen mit Möbeln. Der eine Nachbar ist viel zu dicht am Haus, da kann es sehr schnell zu Lärmbelästigungen kommen. Fazit: verbaut und zu teuer.
