Victoria, thanks a lot for your efforts, just wondering- what villa would you choose for yourself- this one or Villa Flotante (you toured earlier and it has the same price)
Difficult question! I think non of them is my cup of tea personally to live - there was a home we toured called The Nest which was €5,195,000 and this is the one I could live in .

The problem with these property's you have no land or space especially from the street and neighbours pretty much on all sides
Agree but there is much nicer properties in marbella within 10-15 min from puorto banus with big gras and nature around but people value being closer

Its a nice house but the fireplaces are wrongly placed. The should be surrounded by seats so people can gather around them, feel the heat and have cosy conversations over the fire. Thats what we in Denmark call ‘hygge’. Cosy togetherness having a great time.
