Even under the worse case scenarios you have mentioned in your videos I would get it done in a second if I could afford it. I am so afraid I will die with this horrible growth. To me it’s like a cancer I can’t get rid of. Being in WV is not helping. Thank you for helping us girls become more comfortable with our bodies.
I feel for you and am likewise poor but seems like the good doctor would respond to you and try and show you ways to maybe pay it out or give you ideas, I know I certainly would if I were a practitioner. I pray someone helps you. But no matter what, I know you are a lovely God-created human being to be valued, loved, and appreciated.
Thanks Dr Gallagher for posting, its always a concern of me. Your a Dr who has a personality as I met you at Keystone. Will see you in Nov as I have my letters
Your videos are very helpful and informative. Do you think one should have a proper health check before undergoing srs? I am 34 and in generally good health. The surgeons in the UK only ask for a blood test; is this enough to assess if the person is "fit" to undergo the surgery?
Sonja good question! When your surgeon sees you they are running an analysis of whether you are fit and healthy enough to undergo the surgery and anesthetic. Therefore the tests they check before surgery are usually in a case by case basis. Difficult for me to say without haven examined you but at 34 and otherwise healthy - just the blood test may be totally reasonable! Hope this helps!
Justine in Canada it is mandatory, also psychological by 2 persons, attesting to 'gender dysphoria' before anything can be done. btw all surgery is free ( universal healthcare) wich American politiciens call 'Socialisme' meaning Communisme
I had bottom surgery 6 weeks ago with no problems but my friend that had it done after me suffered with bleeding. With few problems. Its luck of the draw I am afraid we are all different..
@@kittykaysworld heyy it’s been 6 months now and I am better. unfortunately my 2nd surgery (the “correction”) ist postponed due to corona. I have some complications and thus have to dilate 3 times a day even though it’s been 6 months... it’s hell, but I know that it’ll be worth it at the end!
I'm emetophobic and one thing I've really worried about is post-operative sickness. But I've heard that fewer people vomit after surgery than in the past because anaesthetics are not as harsh as they used to be. Am I right in thinking things can be done to prevent/ reduce the risk of vomiting post-surgery?
As long it’s medical marijuana not marijuana will thc that gets you high. Cause it messes with healing and anesthesia too (definitely if you’re before the surgery.) also smoking is bad altogether thou.

Olivia J Trans, most of us say “bottom surgery” for several reasons, not least of which is that it rolls off the tongue easier than “sex reassignment surgery”, or “gender confirmation surgery”, etc. so you’re insulting a HUGE ally to the trans community just to try and make yourself sound smart... mmmmmaybe take a chill pill.

Dont do it. You do not have health problems to let them butcher you. There are more and more people coming out after detransitioning. They are horrified by what these Dr Frankensteins have done to them. You can find their testimonies here on TH-cam.
I want you to do my surgery, you really seem to know how it all works and seem like you really really care for your patients.
