    I had my vaginoplasty about three years ago and all that you described in the video, I experienced. All of which got better over time; however, #5 regarding the "lightening bolt pain" i still experience every so often, even to this day. But, the occurrence of this has reduced as time goes on. I've also found that the lightening bolt pain tends to happen if I'm stressed or have overworked myself physically. Either way, I wouldn't change it for anything.

      Do you insist on only performing only the zero debt on patients who had their prostrate removed for cancer treatment. Will anyone else perform full bottom surgery with vaginal-plasty on patients who had cancer Thank you !

    • @EricaJoy4444
      @EricaJoy4444 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@kimblaney Prostatectomy and radiation to the surrounding area leaves internal scarring and altered tissue. Attempting drastic yet delicate surgery in such tissues has a very high risk of poor healing at the surgical site. Experience has shown that this is a Bad Idea. Responsible, competent surgeons are reluctant to roll the dice on such bad odds.
      Vulvoplasty leaves the prostatectomy area undisturbed and provides much better post surgery outcomes, although, of course, without a vagina. 😞
      For me personally, I would not trust a surgeon who was willing to attempt the risky surgery you're looking for.

      @DocMc Stuffins The "most children" interpretation of the few studies on this subject is debatable. See www.kqed.org/futureofyou/441784/the-controversial-research-on-desistance-in-transgender-youth
      Though it sounds like some number of children truly do change their minds later, so I think the practice of "social transition" and holding off puberty with medication to make a decision on surgery later is best.

      You are only 14 ! At 17-18 I used to wear bobby pins in my hair and I got a belly ring. I was very metrosexual.... THANK GOD at that age I didn't make drastic changes. I was young and discovering myself, I was against the system, etc...... I then got confidence in myself at around 20ish and embraced my masculinity slowly moved far away from a metrosexual to a man. I loved my deep voice, my facial hair , my rough and tumble attitude. I am not saying you aren't trans... all I am saying is wait ! There are psychological stages of development that these doctors know about but hardly mention. Your interest and ideals at 14 will be wayyyyyyyyy different at 20 ,25 30 ,etc......

    • @lilpinksliplee7310

      Sure, they have, but notice how she didn't respond to this question. She doesn't want anyone to give these surgeries a more than a second thought, and she also downplayed the complication rates of these surgeries as well. You can bet your bottom dollar that you will have to have a revision or 2, several urinary infections, strictures, etc. Count on being a patient for life because they are counting on it.

    Hi, I don't know if you'll see this. But I have been thinking about wanting this surgery for quite a long time now, but one of the things scaring me off is that I have a blood platelet disorder. So my blood takes a long time to clot and stop bleeding, I can't have any type of blood thinners and various medications. I have heard in the past that having major surgeries could be a potentially big problem, so I'm just wondering if this would rule out the possibility of me having a surgery such as this?

My outer labia have had stitches loose and I have this awful open inch size wounds at the end of my labia near the anus. I have yellowish tissue and even brown stringy dry tissue. I am in pain all the time and discharge all day. I feel like a slug and besides the pain I feel from wounds, I have a diaper rash. This recovery has been awful at the 17 day mark. Ok got a question, if i have this surgery and somehow get that huge lump some of cash to pay for it.
    Why do i have to dilate?
    Is it a vagina or a wound trying to heal itself?
    Also i have heard about engineeted vaginad made in in the lab from a patients own cells.
    Can tjis be done for mtf girls like mi?

    • @OatmealTheCrazy
      @OatmealTheCrazy 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Technically it's both, it's an invagination, and, before your body accompanies to it, it will try to heal back to the way before
      That's currently only been done for I think 4 cis women in experimental trials using vaginal cells they already had to influence cell differentiation of stem cells/scaffold
      It may be possible one day in the distant future, but currently it's basically a no even for cis women.

    Doc l understand your from England, there about? My question is have you ever talked to Dr. Allis Roberts who works in the same have gone area similarly to you, TH-cam her " don't die young". She has scence revised the topic and l wish she would bring back the full version, as l think some of your patience would appreciate more of what they have before they go the distance. I do understand some or most have gone too far to turn back, but l personally believe no person is born this way, we all come into this world with a blank slate, and the first five years of our lives forms gender make up for the rest of our lives, so that said l believe some where along the way there has been some kind of abuse, either phisical, mental, or both. In puberty we all experience the changes in our bodies, and it can be very confusing for both sexes, and the percentage of high risk mental health issues in puberty, due to bullying at school, and pressures at home can be devastating. I hope you can see where I'm going with this, as l understand your practice is in the United States, Dollars are not first before the person in question. You might want to look into the book titled "fearing God" stories on cults believing God is a woman, to which man cuts off his penis, to be more like this God. Please look up Dr. Allison Roberts my prayers go out to you and your patience.
