- Bruce Whitfield sits down with a man who has spent a lifetime selling insurance in the United Kingdom. This fascinating discussion tracks Peter's life from the late 70's and the pop star culture he surrounded himself in, all the way to the man is today. Considered one of the best insurance salesman in the world, Peter shares his secrets in this tell all.
Unfortunately the interviewer didn't allow us to learn from the gentleman.
He was only there to interrupt and be interesting instead of being interested in learning something new.
"I never learned anything while I was talking."

Interviewer=F
Interviewee=A++
If you dont ask you dont get, every no gets you closer to a yes. Go up to anyone, worst thing they can say is no
Ashley Taylor I like this
Are you, Entrepreneur?✊
Great enthusiasm at his age😀
I wish this guy had been my sales manager. They don't make them like him anymore!
My second cousin! Never met but certainly impressive!
Fantastic presentation
And CNBC calls this an interview.
The interviewer has no idea what to ask. What a waste of an excellent interview opportunity with a Life Insurance Legend.
They still have him around lol
I wonder what the commission from 100 million would be???🤔
My goodness.💥💥💥💥
Can CNBC do this interview again WITHOUT Bruce Whitfield?
The interviewer was excellent. Rosengard didn't want this video to sound like an infomercial.
Roger was excellent to listen to
Love the sales guy
I can't bear the interviewer keep on interrupting when the man is trying to speak
so good
Look at the enthusiasm at his age.
My second cousin! Never met but very impressive. Enthusiasm and passion lasts always, I'm early 60s and same as when at uni 40 years ago! Always stay positive!!
Most people get jaded and grumpy very quickly in life
i love this
Is there another video with a different interviewer?
Good question?
This interviewer is an interrogator..
A sales agent's job in the phone is to talk little and in person talk as much as the other person.. He gave quite a story! What does the interviewer usually interview on?
Good video
Honest dude
Glad I read the comments BYE @ 1:45
Sorry for my bad english listening skills! Please someone helps me summarize what the secret is? Thank you!
Nice
Oh, that guy keeps interrupting the guest!
can i have all sub of this talk?
This guy is the British Brian Stelter
The best
Good
All of the commentors are correct. The interviewer was terrible. He deserves absolutely no commendations for this interview. He probably doesn't realize who he's REALLY interviewing. Rosengard is one of the legends in sales and business (not just insurance). And he wanted to share his knowledge but the damn interviewer kept cutting him off and trying to make it seem like Rosengard was some kind of huckster using hard sales tactics to sell policies - none of which was the case.
In my experience selling insurance I've never experienced 3:18. The beautiful women the glamor
Do u go to allot of meetings? I wanna join this carrier cuzz its lonly in my small town lol im just trying to meet people have fun and make money and style
❤❤❤❤❤
amazing
This interview care more about the time then the man speaking lol and he made smart ass comments ... no to cool
I thought I was the only one who hated this damn interviewer with this annoying creepy grin. Who is the guy?
aleisha williams the same guy who likely failed as a salesman, became an interviewer, and is likely having to look for a new job soon to talk his way into unemployment again from that one too. At his age, he’s not likely to learn any time soon since he hasn’t learned at this point in the game.
nic
Interviewer clouds the lesson and promotes the "salesman wins, prospect loses" mindset. Yuukk. Was the death benefit for $100M or was that the annual premium?
pesant vs king
This interviewer seriously needs to learn turn taking strategies.
I don’t think the interviewer is bad at all. An interview can’t just be story time but, one has to be engaging & he did listen to Mr. Rosengard. He just would like to how Mr. Rosengard can help others like us in the business, who would be watching. However, Mr. Rosengard is very intelligent & personable. Bruce related with him & enjoyed his conversation with Mr. Rosengard.
The interviewer is a complete schmuk. He needs to study the art of listening.
Interviewer needs to lose his job! Clown!
Stop interrupting and start learning and listening you rookie interviewer. That's why we have 2 ears and 1 mouth
Looks like a British Ben Stein.
0:41 cringe
This has to be the world’s worst interviewer. I hope he has mastered the art since this was originally aired.
This interview is awful at his job just watching this man is annoying me
He's good but I still would never buy life insurance.
Why not C Michaels.. I sell life insurance in Kenya..
How is business in kenya ?
Car Salesmen... Life Insrance Agents... bullshitters
PuI2ePLaYaZ life insurance and cars must be sold
Then ride a horse and dont buy life insurance. The automobile and the life insurance industry dont need your poor broke ass
Pul2eP, you didn’t close me.
You ….idiot
Also, you prolly don’t own either a car or life insurance and you prolly poor and lack financial literacy and never take responsibility for your life and how much it sucks instead of looking in the mirror you lash out and blame everybody except for the one common denominator in all your short comings …you… you prolly work some dead end job and it’s also someone else’s fault as to why you’re there too .. I hope you don’t pro create and pass your negativity and lack of accountability to a new generation
Nice
