Cockpit Casual - INDIA (the Double-Repo)

  • On this episode of Cockpit Casual, Steve & Bob head to Hyderabad India to grab two Airbus A320 NEOs from the now-defunct airline, "Go First". The project took place in early January of 2023 and these were actually the first two aircraft pulled by lessors prior to the airline ceasing operations. In other words, these aircraft would "go first"!
    The duo from Nomadic flew from Philly to Doha on Qatar Airlines, then on to Hyderabad where they did some sightseeing around Charminar with the go-pros. The next day, Steve took left seat in the first aircraft and flew it to Istanbul via Cairo. After arriving in Turkey, they overnighted and the next day went right back to Hyderabad to grab the second aircraft.
    The project took the better part of a week, and was a non-stop, action packed adventure from the start. As usual, the episode features original Jazz from Steve Giordano Sr and lots of great footage from the Cockpit and around the world.

      RIP Rosalind Peterson 🙏 Founder of The Agricultural Defense Coalition & Author of The Anti Geoengineering Legislation that was introduced in Rhode Island in 2016/17.
      Her UN presentation/address can still be found on YT. Strongly encourage all to take a few minutes to expand ones environmental knowledge base, especially for the indoctrinated pilots out there.
      Rosalind was clearly another targeted individual who was very bravely speaking truth to power.

    • @ClimateDude
      @ClimateDude 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Yes all contrails are "chemtrails" in that they are formed by chemical byproducts of combustion in the engine, mainly water vapor that condenses due to the hyperlocalized increase of relative humidity and then freezes, aswell as soot particles that serve as nuclei for condensation. Though any further exploration of the process would probably vastly overstrech y'alls educational horizon, if that's not already the case.

    • @NOLAbutterfly2
      @NOLAbutterfly2 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@ClimateDudefancy yourself above everyone else’s intelligence? WHY? Contrails ARE chemtrails. After all- they don’t form on pixie dust, do they? But we all agree on that, but WAIT! There’s MORE! Now there’s also an increase in ISSR’s- ice super saturated regions. YES!! But wait they’re MORE!! WHY? Do you know why there’s more ISSR’s than before? (And while we’re at it- funny that last time i checked, ISSR’s were conveniently absent from NOAA’s dictionary of meteorological terminology, but i digress!) SOOO… WHY is there more water vapor at higher altitudes than there historically used to be? Well contrails do lend to the addition of ISSRs (naughty little secret)… but you know what else we’re witnessing that affects water vapor daily but is being ignored?? ELECTROMAGNETIC ENERGIZING via Doppler radar! That’s right class, welcome to your climate change! Or am i surpassing YOUR level of knowledge now? Science isn’t just what’s taught in the books & propaganda. It’s what’s visible every day. We’ve triangulated on Doppler acting and THEN the weather reacting for years and in more ways than one. My original channel was taken down so we’re still getting the evidence up but we have it. We might not have the numbers that see, yet, but science is science and YEARS of radar observation DO NOT LIE! “Even small changes in the location and abundance of clouds can change the climate more than the anticipated changes brought about by greenhouse gases, human produced aerosols or other factors associated with global change” -NASA
      SCIENCE.
      But basic science and radar observation aside, despite most persistent contrails not needing to be sprayed to exist, it still doesn’t give you authority to discount the millions who witness anomalies that prove not all contrails are forming via ISSRs that are deliberate dispersals, that many people are seeing side by side planes acting differently; contrails turning off and on, contrails at altitudes that aren’t justified, and mass sickness on certain “contrail “ days that happen to have a whole host of extra planes that aren’t part of standard aviation traffic. You want to act like we don’t know what’s up there but the fact is YOU don’t know what all is and isn’t up there, DO YOU? Or DO you?? lol! Patents abound, and just siting some basic science doesn’t explain away the REST of the science, but NICE TRY!

    • @CockpitCasual
      @CockpitCasual  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      Well, while it’s factual that the byproduct of combustion does create tiny particles of burned “chemical” material upon which the water vapor condenses on, it’s also true that we’re exhausting that shit along with massive amounts of CO2 whether there’s visible moisture or not - so the whole chemtrail nonsense is exactly that. Nonsense.

    My new favorite channel. Thanks guys. Just flat out excellent content, editing, background music and humor! Gosh, you guys are fortunate. I once had a successful business career, but health forced me to lose it all. So I don't get to travel anymore. And these videos give me at least some enjoyment. Thanks and God bless. And remember to be thankful for the life you were given, and worked hard for I'm sure. (Maybe some more cockpit and radio chatter clips? Fascinated by the difference in aircraft you must have to be familiar with, or at least figure out!) Would you like a videographer?!! Would love to.

    Hey Steve, I love the channel as an aviation geek. I tend to re-watch your videos in phases of two too three months and enjoy every minute of it. For me your videos are like stress busters.
    Keep up the grind and never stop making aviation content.
    Greetings from Canada🇨🇦

    Man, you made yourself a great video here.
    Great production, excellent music and super storytelling.
    Not to mention you guys are working one of my dream jobs by ferrying aircraft around (although I'd rather be down low in small planes).
    safe flying. Looking forward to checking out more videos here.

    Steve your videos are the best ones about aviation on You tube, they are so naturally and not inflated. Steve you have the most pleasant voice to listen to among all aviation videos that are shown on TH-cam. I have been in aviation for over 40 years and retired couple of years ago. Your videos bring back good memories from my days at NWA. I hope that you keep on producing these excellent videos together with the fabulous background jazz music for many more years to come

    First time watching your work, this is brilliant and engaging. The music is top drawer, as well as the respect for the artists. But the highest compliment I can give is how much this felt like The Endless Summer. In its own way. Well done, you easily earned a new subscriber. Thank you.

    I’ve never seen your videos till now. So enjoyable. I really appreciate your voice over narration, especially since I’m not a world traveler or aviator in any way. But as a former Air Traffic Controller and family & friends who are GA pilots and Military Pilots (son in-law, Captain of P-8 Poseidon), I’m always entertained by content like your providing. All the best.

I've had my eye on NMD for a while and maybe one day I'll throw my name in the hat for charters with the 5 different types I have on my cert. Keep the videos coming man! Great work!

    Hi their, came across this channel this morning and watched the whole lot. Great to fly around the world with you from my armchair. I love flying and im sure if it where easier to fly in the UK as it seems to be everywhere else in the world I would have been flying 40 years ago. At 62 it's great to watch and learn with you and the team. I also love the music, beast of both worlds
    Wishing you all the best.

    This is a big dream of mine. Looks like a great way to make a living. I’m sure the complexities of getting to this point, the paperwork, and all else that goes into this logistically makes it a lot harder then portrayed but despite all that I still want to strive to fly for you guys someday or even have some sort of ferry job of my own even though I am early into my commercial and instrument rating. I’m sure there is no particular path or way of getting to this point in your career and that’s the magical part of it in a way. Keep it up guys. These are the best videos for aviation on the internet. 🤙🏽 a video explaining the more complicated side of things would be really cool. Anyways. Have a great one!
