Farm Animal Meringue Cookies

In this tutorial I'll show you how to make chicken, pig, and Highland cow meringues. The nest, chickies, mud hole for the piggies, and barn are all made of meringue too! At the end I show off the final results after baking and display all the pieces in a cute edible farm scene.

Someday I’ll get a full recipe video posted over here, but for now I have a short one over on my Instagram or TikTok (thumbnail shows a stand mixer and balloon whisk with meringue). I bake most of mine for 2 hours at 200 F, but they can take more or less time depending on the size of your meringues. Hope this helps a little! 😊
