Driveway & Patio Cleaning Cambridge.
So this was a job I carried out recently. This lady had been previously ripped off a few years back by another driveway cleaning business. She didn't explain what had happened in detail as I think she was a bit embarrassed by the experience.
The only reason she took me on was because I had worked for her friend, and her friend had recommended me. But even then she seemed very skeptical that I was going to do what I had quoted for. I'm happy to report that she was thrilled with the results, and happy with what I had charged, especially when I knocked the cost of the unnecessary soft wash treatment off the job, saving a substantial amount, off the original quote.
Great and satisfying result all round.

This is how one knows you're a man of your word and that a great trait to have, you didn't rip off your customer and even discounted for not doing the unessential bio treatment. Great work

The driveway is really nice, the patio though is a bit sad, the tiles are quite weathered. I also wonder how they want to get out the stones in order to get them repointed.
Voice overs can be nice if done once or twice, but more often they become disruptive. The effect strenghens when there are a lot of speed changes and the music is going on and of all the time. Some comments like the one for moving the barbeque are a bit obvious as well. Sorry that I can't be more positive this time. But you are still my favorite cleaner :)
Hi Tatjana. Agree the patio looks weathered, hopefully will look much improved once it's been re-pointed. Luckily for the customer, the pressure washing pretty much removed all the stones, so they won't need to remove any.

Hiya mate, many thanks. I do have a hot water system, a Mazzoni hotbox, I use it for graffiti removal, ivy tendril removal or other specialist jobs. I don't tend to use it for driveways or patios, as there isn't really any benefit to using it, just costs me more in diesel to run. Thanks for the great question and comment. It stabilises the blocks, and keeps them in position.

Perhaps you should have the customer move the heavy stuff off including ceramic pots from working area. 1) save your back 2) if you break something, including those pots, customer can come after you. Or at least let them know you will move but not responsible....
