I had 2001 Thunder 2002,2003,2004, Chase for the cup 2005, 06 TTC, 07, 08, 09 All for the PS2 and Gran Turismo 3 and 4 and a Few NHRA Games and Flatout 2. I had the most racing games for Ps2. Right until it broke :( I use a gaming PC as of today.
NTG: 2011 was the bridge between looking like a video game to looking like real life. Sure the Etx games had their problems, but you had to admit, they were still good. I had a lot of fun on NTG: IL all the way up to N15, I'm looking forward to Heat Evolution though, I've even been playing D2D recently because the same team is making Heat Evolution. I used to play Nascar 1999 by Papyrus all the time and then I got Thunder 2003 for GameCube and literally grew up with that game. Me and my cousin would play it and that is the game I have the most fondest memories of as a kid. I played some others like 04, 05, and 06 but didn't play any others until I tried nascar 14. It was an ok game because it was the closest thing to real life but it got kind of boring. I hope Heat Evolution is going to be good tho but I'd love to see 2k take the NASCAR franchise and reinvent it into something really good. Like an extensive career mode or a team owner "franchise" mode where you own 3 or 4 cars and hire drivers to see how well they preform throughout the year and that makes you progress through your game. Kind of my dream nascar game but it will probably never happen lol.

In Nascar 98, The Cars Are Not 1998 Season, They Are 1997 Season. Each Car Has A Max Speed On Superspeedways, Everyone Goes The Same Speed, Road Courses You Have To Slow Down.

nascar 2003 season for the PC is by far the best nascar game ever made. Sierra knew how to make nascar games.
