Bought my Auber controller second hand (never used from someone who never built their oven). Where do the heating elements connect? I don't need the whole schematic -- just the element connections. TYIA!
Inside of the control panel, there are two din rail contactors mounted on the back. One for each output channels. You need to connect your elements to either contactor's output. The output terminals are located on the bottom of each contactor. Please be advised, for Auber 50A panels like PCO304/PCO404, each output channel is rated as 30A max. Total limit of two channels is 50A max.
@@auberintruments I'm guessing this was purchased as a DIY kit, because they had the 10ga wire running from the breaker to the bottom of the contactor. Yikes! I am missing the blue transistor you show placed on the JSL-74A across pin #6 and #7. Can I buy this from Auber? Elsewhere? Or is it not necessary? Thx again.
@@DJtheDad I don't have comments for your wiring until I see your wiring. Typically by our design, the top side of contactors is for power supply and bottom side is for connecting load. But there is no polarity for the contactor so either side can be the power supply. The blue capacitor we placed across JSL-74A's output is jn222m. It is an optional part to absorb the potential inductive noise. If there is no display issues in your panel, you don't need that capacitor.
Hello I am in Saudi Arabia and I have Powder Coating Factory, I need same control panel, can you please guide me or let me know how and where to purchase.
If your inkbird SSR can accept 12V DC trigger signal from SYL-2352, and if it is a DC-trigger-AC SSR, it should be compatible with this kit. But please note, using the third-party components will void the warranty for this control panel kit.
i JUST MADE MY PURCHASE TODAY !

@@auberintruments Ok, makes sense. I'll run without it and see how she goes. Thank you!

Sorry, I don't understand your question. If you have parts question for this kit, please contact Auber customer support for help. Thanks.
Does it have to be THAT specific SSR ? I have an inkbird SSR , will it work ?

You call this a tutorial video? I think not
