    Hello, I am new to powder coating and thus was my first video I've watched about it, really. A few questions:
    1. If I ground the wire that's hanging the piece, won't that also ground the piece? If so, isn't this is a smarter way to ground to avoid having areas that don't get color?
    2. Shouldn't you be wearing gloves to keep the oils off the metal?
    3. What temp does the piece have to be in order to remove the vinyl?
    4. What sort of vinyl are you using? I assume it's high-heat resistant?
    Thanks!

    • @UnknownCoatings
      @UnknownCoatings  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes that also grounds it.
      If your hands have oil on em. Sure. I get told this all the time on my vids and have never once had a problem.
      Temp doesn't matter as much as after flow out happens
      Oracal 651. And no it isn't high temp

    What's up? Do you set your oven temp higher to what the powder require so the parts can get faster to the temp or you set the oven temp to exactly what it's required and wait till the parts get to that temp?
