This is beautiful. I have wanted to do one for quite a while. Now that I know I can install 240v outlet I'm even more keen on building one. Its super helpful seeing how you did yours. And man, you really put a lot of forethought into this build, looks so pro and amazing. Love it. Thanks for sharing these vids of your oven build.
Is there anything you can not do? This incredible you are my idol Austin!! I have been trying to be a perfectionist like you. This channel needs more subscribers more teens like me need to be watching you.
Not gonna lie bro… came for the SAS yota content YEARS and YEARS ago… stayed for the impeccable attention to detail regardless of what the project is. Killer oven build!
Looks great. Great addition to the shop. Handier than shirt pockets and will pay for itself in a couple of uses for outside jobs. Next you will be looking to obtain a used shipping container. They are reasonably affordable. Then you can get a whole frame and a lot 9f parts rolled into it.
My oven is about half that size, 2 elements. I have one “always on” gets me to about 300 degrees. The other one is PID controlled. That way it only modulates one element, so my shop lights don’t surge.
I need you to build a motovan with Sleeping amenities, maybe a water tube on top for showers, a fold out canopy, and room for Two bikes. so that i can use this as a how to for mine. Thanks.
oh man. The baby popping in out of nowhere talking about your muscles had me cracking up. Too precious. You're going to have your hands full with that one. As for the oven. Brilliant. Quick question. How hot does powdercoating oven need to get/be? I want to do this also but I have a lot to learn. Asking because I am curious if that silicone you used will hold up. I cant help btu to think I would have tried to weld everything. but it may be too thin.
Amazing job. Question:why the bottom has no insulation and framing? Maybe I missed that part 😅 Using old oven windows on a side and top, with mounted cameras feeding a cheap lcd tv and us could be top notch. Would be nice to see whats going on/timelapse, and multiple light bulbs to see inside.
You should fabricate and sell these. I think I would buy one if the price was right. Although I do have concerns on the rivets, expanding and popping with all the heat, what’s your thoughts on that?
Holy heck that's a lot more complicated then I thought an oven would be to build and that Milwaukee pop rivet gun paid for it self imagine how much ya hand would hurt doing that manually haha
Nice, always wanted to build my own. Glad to see you made a video of the process! lol on your daughter, how much did you have to bribe her to get her to say that 😂?
Thinking of you and your family, Austin!!!

So glad you’re finally doing this! Can’t wait to see how you use it.
The oven is just like everything else you build…awesome. I wish I had a third the ambition you have. Keep up the good work!
Thank you very much!
The walk in oven i have on my channel was such a game changer!! Diffs, body parts etc i can't stop coating it all 😂😂
@@AverageJoeBuilds yes! I can’t wait to use it!
@@austinniemela you'll be coating everything soon and never looking back
"Walk in oven" and "body parts" in the same sentence doesn't sound right... unless you are into powdercoating 😄😄
Excellent video! No doubt, a ton of work. Great job!
Great work man. Little girl proud of her daddy makes all you do worth it.
Thank you man!
I was wondering for years when you make a larger oven. Looks great.

Would be a good idea to add a frame to the top with a lifting eye to make it easy to move with your overhead crane
Awesome video man and a much needed addition to the shop! Can’t wait to see what all you find to use this thing for!
Wow this turned out really nice! 👏
One hell of a drill bit for all of those rivets 😂 your fabrication skills are next to none brother. Always learn something when I watch your videos 🤙🏽

عمل رائع ومحترف جداً 🎉
You should have used rocksall installation, it is completely inflammable. Fiberglass installation has a burn point and it ignites and melts.
