- Follow along with me as I take you through a real time 30 minute full body deep stretch routine which is beginner friendly and perfect for recovery and flexibility. I could even be used as a longer cool down routine after exercise for the days you need it!

2022 EDIT: YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES! FINALLY! I lost your video and then I stopped doing it. Tried yoga again but never ever have I found such a good video like yours. I always had to think back on how good this routine was and how unsuited other routines were for me. NICE!

Ive been stuck in my room for days under self-isolation. Sitting on my bed all day has made my muscles so tight. I feel so much more relaxed and fluid now. Great video Zanna!
I use maybe close to six flexibility videos, but I keep coming back to this video the most, over the past 2 years. And I prefer this video even more than Zana's two other stretch videos. Why?
Because Zana can make following along or listening to her, so easy.
Zana tells me where my hands, feet and body parts should be, or should feel for each stretch. And after dozens of views, I can really focus on the muscles and joints that I am stretching, and still find hearing Zana's comments encouraging and helpful,
A 45/60 minute video perhaps?
And maybe more stretches for the shoulders? I'd like to be able to grab both of my hands at my back!

Just did this for the first time ever and I could cry !! Just upped my run length to 10k per session but can’t move by the next day so the extra length seems pointless!! The only extra I would love is under shoulder blade / lower neck stretches but that’s just me! Hopefully this will help me keep moving without having to rest for days in between which I hate doing , thank you Zanna !

This was intense. My body had become quite sore and tight after a week of intense workouts. I could really feel my body opening up in micro shifts. I feel like my body is finally open and can breathe again! Thank youuu! ❤️

that was amazing. i'm pretty flexible and can do all the advanced versions you've shown and everything felt so wonderfully intense. i haven't stretched in a while and i just exercised for the first time in a while yesterday, so this was much needed. also discovered new variations of stretches from you! the seated glute stretch compared to being on the back was great!

Just came across you! Very different stretches for me. I liked the sitting up glute stretch rather then laying down and bringing your knee up. I felt more of a stretch that way. I did find thou that I switched legs at one point where you didn't. Please make sure to say what leg we're on. Loved that you held the stretches long enough for me to feel it. Thank You! Nice to have some challenges during stretching as well.

Loved this! I wiggle a bit before and after I workout and I practice yoga so thought ah it's probably not for me...Anyway... Dying after yesterdays workout and not in the mood for a flow and I decided to give this a go. AMAZING. Honestly a convert. I really understand why this is sooooo different to yoga and even the same postures with a different intention make all the difference. Can you tell I feel great right now?!

Oh my goodness thank you sooo much for this! I had been dealing with a lot of stress recently, causing my body to be extremely tense. None of my normal stretches were doing anything -- I thought I was doomed LOL. I feel great after this!!

Much needed stretch between ALL the HIIT workouts, running and walking feels good to release some of that tension. Also, idk if anyone gets super tight around that time of the month, but my back is so much better after this stretch

This was a perfect leg stretch. I use to have degeneration of the spine and I always need to keep my hips and adductors stretched well. This did just that!! Thank you!!

I loved this! I find it difficult to find a full body stretch routine where I love all the stretches. I just needed a little extra in my calves and quads but other than that great routine!!
