  • Mo Salah is on fire.
    Every single weekend this season, the Egyptian king been doing crazy things on the pitch for Liverpool, and I don't expect that to come to a close anytime soon.
    He's been performing so well that some even think that perhaps he should be in the running for the Ballon D'or.
    Today, we're gonna be looking into Salah's inspiration journey to not only answer that question, but also unpack how he got to where he is today.
    So let's get into it.

    • @tpsam
      @tpsam 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      He exploded in Serie A with fio
      He was definitely the best player in Italy for half a season there
      Inter almost got him but ultimately ended up in Rome and he was still great but it looked like he reached his peak in Rome
      Great creator of dangerous situation with speed and techniques
      But not enough composure under pressure to finish neatly and actually scoring goals
      Instead Liverpool made him reach new heights and he learned to score consistently

    • @KostasTsakalidis
      @KostasTsakalidis 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@tpsam I would say that he got some very good help from the Roma training team, he raised his scoring skill, but mostly I would say he raised his awareness, and became smarter.
      Before he had all the speed and the body atributes to become this great, but in Rome he learned to use them.
      He learned to play without the ball, waiting for the ball or just moving just at the right time to leave the defender behind while his teammate passes the ball in the empty space.
      That is some of the biggest attributes he has to this days and make him so different to the rest of the pack.

    Pretty simple really, if he continues playing somewhere around this level until the Balon dor voting happens then he definitely should win. And it's quite likely Liverpool will win a major trophy this season on top of that.

    Let’s say Mo Salah continue this form into 2022 for the 2022 Gold ball
    1.) Egypt has to win the African cup of nations or he put up insane stats that’s his January
    2. Liverpool win the champions league he top gold scorer and get Klopp an FA Cup
    3.) finish with the golden boot
    But he has the advantage of playing in the hardest league in the world 2 of the top teams in Europe
    But He has definitely hitting his peak that moment where everything clicking mentally and physically…
    Liverpool aren’t the same team without him

While i do disgaree with you on the main balon d'or question, i'll always respect the current GOAT of football content on youtube. Now, if you wanna make it a no contest discssion on being the GOAT, i gotta see that dream of a 'How Good Was Xabi Alonso Actually?' become a reality. Keep up the amazing work man, you're on fire.
