I got lucky and happened upon your instagram page a couple months back, and finally checked out your TH-cam channel. You're reinvigorating my love for comic collecting. I've been neglecting it for some other hobbies (mainly meeting and getting autos from horror movie actors/directors) and you're making me miss the comic hunt. Now I'm itching for the next comic show near me!
Dude, I got stuck on the eastside in the snow storm and couldn't make it. I actually got 10 minutes from my house and turned around because it was so bad.
Was that Avengers 57 half off?! I'm jealous. Looked at a copy at a show in CA recently. Around G/VG grade. Unfortunate paper pull near Vision's crotch. They wanted $550, "I'll come down to 500 even for cash". Immediately handed it back and left the booth shortly after. Dealers are crazy in my area, I actually have better luck paying shipping and tax online. I'm new to comics and sticking to books under $100. At least it's been easy to say no when people charge double the ebay price. :P
I regret selling my Avengers #57 in an 7.5-8.0 last yr. I think i sold it a bit too cheap compared to what they have been going for the last few months. You got some great picks ups.
@@sonnyboycomics Dope, see you there. Hope you plan on bidding on some of the covers for the art show (especially since it's for a good cause). My wife and I even contributed covers.
Invincible is what got me back into comics. I once had over 800 total Invincible books at one point. I had 2 full runs, NEARLY every variant except the cooke variant of Inv Returns, the gold foil battle damages, the burger mart variant #1, the connecting issue with 2 other non Invincible i think Wolf-Man and someone else, its green and blue and teal. Whatever, basically i had all ex ept like 6 or 7 total books, PERIOD! I had every 2nd Print, every retail incentive, every battle damage, every Battle Beast covers like x-25, every convention, every #1 foil like gold yellow blue black and red... Ive sold some recently. I currently have about 400-450 left...ive been buying silver age. Im in NE ohio, hmu, maybe we can work a deal and could be a good video. I have like 8k comics in my comic room with 5k on its way from my old storage.
I miss going to shops at night and seeing all the lights sparkle. Holy jizz 2000 for the run? I wouldnt pay 20 since im not a fan. Id rather read darkhawk and im not too keen on that either.
Buying the whole invincible run is dope man! Nice 👍🏽
Insane! Still in shock!

What was that number one you were showing off? Was that the Invincible?
It was Invincible number 1!
Invincible is what got me back into comics. I once had over 800 total Invincible books at one point. I have like 8k comics in my comic room with 5k on its way from my old storage.
My remaining full set is signed 0-15 by Kirkman and 4 are signed by Cory Walker. All in 9.6-9.8 except #1 is like an 8.0-8.5.
I have a few extra signed Invincible books from the main run.
That’s awesome! I’ll keep that in mind!

Invincible is such a great read and the single issues go for much more than what I paid! Carol and John’s always has top notch inventory!
