I am one of those "Crisis on Infinite Earths is the best superhero story ever" guys. I am a bit surprised that Kraven's Last Hunt isn't in the top 30. What a heck of a story.
I bought the trade for Crisis on Infinite Earth's haven't read it yet but Kraven's Last Hunt is my favorite story so with you mentioning both stories I have to check on Infinite Earth's soon
I was wondering if you planned to do anymore (That No One’s Ever Heard Of) series? It is one of my favorite series you do and it has lead me to finding a ton of super fun reads and wonderful stories I wouldn’t have found otherwise, especially DC books! I would love to see more from this series! I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day!
Dude, I love Blackest Night and Brightest day!! Another example of people wanting amazing story over everything else. I think this whole story is one of the best in all of comics… ever. I’m surprised that I don’t hear many others say that. Amazing story definitely read them!
I'm reading my way through Batman "No Man's Land' right now as well as Wolfman & Perez's The New teen Titans run from the 80's. On deck I have "The Final Night" "Batman Cult" and Batman: The Black Mirror to read. I don't know many people who have read "The Final Night" so I am looking forward to reading it because I always seem to put that book to the side and start something else, so I need to finally read it.
No mans land is an amazing read. Make sure you find a master list so you can find them all. There were a lot of titles it went through, even had a one shot in young justice.
Quality stuff! I've got a few of these, but I'm always looking for more. Just got Infinity Gauntlet a few days ago and I'm about to jump in and read it.
Fun to see that a couple of these were in my collection! And one I would add is Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe. Those are 4 pretty stellar covers, and anything Deadpool is always popular. As always, great video James!
I love grabbing the first 4 issues of Marvel's The Transformers anytime I see them. The simplistic yet highly recognizable artwork is extremely nostalgic. I love it and I'm probably the problem.
As someone trying to collect the maximum carnage run… yes. I am not surprised people will spend that and that it’s at the top. Almost wish I had grabbed it as a bundle because trying the find the singles has been a nightmare lol
Great video! People get focused on keys and sleep on all these runs and sets that are solid movers. I’ve sold the complete Knightfall probably half a dozen times over the last few years. Solid $55-60 for me every time.
I love seeing each entry numbered. I hope you do that with every list from now on! What about Batman Hush? I'm not a fan of it, but it seems popular. One that I do love but I think isn't that popular is Superman For All Seasons. That's my favorite Superman story.
I've read both universes over the years, and I have always appreciated DCs commitment to renew/refresh/houseclean with their crossovers. There's exceptions (New 52) but generally they're aware of the long continuity and how to respect old fans while being accessible to new fans. Marvel's attitude seems to be more "throw it at the wall and see if it sticks" and is way more hit and miss, in my opinion. It makes it less accessible to newer readers. A recent example is the X-Men books. When Krakoa ended I thought I'd dive back in (couldn't keep up for a couple of years because life) and while I'm enjoying it I've been annoyed with how much I have to let slide on by because it's referring to events I'm now unaware of.
I actually found an old tote in my shed of my old comic books and I found out I have a complete run of Gen 13. I may read them again just for the nostalgia.
Alex Ross covers for the most part are amazing. I went through my phase of collecting these at 9.8 grades. Sadly I had to part with them, maybe one day I will get them again.
I would think that Days Of Future Past (even if it's only 2 issues) would be on this list. Also, Wolverine: The Origin? Death of Superman? Green Lantern: Emerald Twilight? Also, the Phoenix Saga, but enough of those books are pricey enough that they probably don't get bundled, huh?
I can't believe from hell, v for vendetta or leauge of extordenary gentlemen didn't make the list. In my opinion they are some of the absolute best. Also not to mention my all time favorite series niel gaimans original run of sandman.
I think anything Alex Ross does is an instant buy (especially for me) but I think that most people just want good stories and if there is a Key in the story that’s good but people want the actual story and the amazing art with it!
Can't argue with the market, but surprised that creator runs like Miller's Daredevil, Byrne's Superman or McFarlane's ASM run didn't make the list. I have to say that I DO sell many of the runs listed here in the video though at Wave 1 Collectibles. So...love the list or hate it - it's accurate.
I FORGOT KRAVENS LAST HUNT! Arghhhh
I am one of those "Crisis on Infinite Earths is the best superhero story ever" guys. I am a bit surprised that Kraven's Last Hunt isn't in the top 30. What a heck of a story.
DAMN IT I FORGOT KRAVENS LAST HUNT
@MintHunterComics it happens hahaha
I bought the trade for Crisis on Infinite Earth's haven't read it yet but Kraven's Last Hunt is my favorite story so with you mentioning both stories I have to check on Infinite Earth's soon
The love for lethal protector still baffles me. I remember dollar bins full of those #1's back in the 90s. Crazy how a few decades changes things.
As a kid, I collected the Atlantis Attack crossover storyline. Feels like I got tricked, buying every stinking annual, just for a crappy storyline.
Isn't the first Moon Knight/Punisher crossover on that run?
Maybe?
As is usually the case, Mint provides some of the best comic book content on youtube. Nice to have content creators who truly care about comics.
Wow, thank you!

Great Vid!! I'm partial to the original 1st ever mini-series Contest of Champions!
Dude, I love Blackest Night and Brightest day!! Another example of people wanting amazing story over everything else. I think this whole story is one of the best in all of comics… ever. I’m surprised that I don’t hear many others say that. Amazing story definitely read them!
also the art!
Oh also Sabretooth #1-4 lol
Love the videos with your sales advice.. thank you James!
It’s strange Kravens last hunt didn’t make the list😮
I always like that squadron supreme set..! And can’t go wrong with knightfall
I'm reading my way through Batman "No Man's Land' right now as well as Wolfman & Perez's The New teen Titans run from the 80's. SOLID Bat-choices man

My favorite is the death of Superman. Which we all know spread through several titles and heavily printed.
Loved this video. I have a couple of those runs. It made my day. Thanks!
Wish it was available in the uk
Great video!! Respect the research, some suggestions - Kravens Last Hunt, Mutant Massacre, Inferno Saga, Batman Death In The Family
Another learning experience. And I have been collecting for 50 years! Seems there is always something to learn in this hobby. GREAT work!!!
Easily one of the best you tube channels out there, great list
Love that Wolverine/Kitty Pryde miniseries.
Fun to see that a couple of these were in my collection! And one I would add is Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe. Those are 4 pretty stellar covers, and anything Deadpool is always popular.
As always, great video James!
I wasn’t expecting maximum carnage to be number one but like most people I still love the Wolverine four issue miniseries.
Nice to see people still pickup comic books to read them
I love grabbing the first 4 issues of Marvel's The Transformers anytime I see them. The simplistic yet highly recognizable artwork is extremely nostalgic. I love it and I'm probably the problem.
I was surprised not to see the first Punisher mini series in here.
Thoroughly enjoyed the list though! Keep up the good work!
good video, bro. #roadto40k
Love Batman Long Halloween. Found a double signed #1 in an estate sale that i practically stole
As someone trying to collect the maximum carnage run… yes. I am not surprised people will spend that and that it’s at the top. Almost wish I had grabbed it as a bundle because trying the find the singles has been a nightmare lol
Crisis on Infinite Earths was a great story, and with George Perez art...greatness.
I have a full run of Mister Miracle all signed by Tom King. He’s local to me and frequents my LCS. For sentimental reasons this is my favorite.
Interesting list. I would never have guessed some of these were movers still.
I've been selling my books in bundles and story arcs...this vid makes me feel better!
I'm just glad to see my childhood on the list. I had most of the mavel stuff. Great time to be a reader.
I picked up Secret Wars 0-9 and both preview books in a set for about £25 6 months ago. That was a steal all main covers too.
Kitty Pryde and Wolverine $30!? Every dollar box I look into has a couple of complete runs.
My fav run to collect and I buy them every time is the invincible series gotta give that run props 😎
Love the inside market info.
I love GL Rebirth, but I wouldn't have thought it was such a good seller. At conventions, I often see it in $1 bins.
Good sets listed, few i need to read now. Surprised Infinity Gauntlet wasn't listed or did I miss it.
Green Lantern Rebirth is one of the best in universe, non-else worlds type mainstream, runs. But Kingdom Come is just phenomenal!
That's a great list own a few of these
i love these best seller videos
great list!
Great video! People get focused on keys and sleep on all these runs and sets that are solid movers.
I’ve sold the complete Knightfall probably half a dozen times over the last few years. Solid $55-60 for me every time.
Saw Rogue in the thumbnail but its not in the list (???) Did I somehow miss it? lol
Great list
Good list. Secret Wars 1 has to crack that top ten though, Cmon man!
Really surprised to not see The Punisher original Limited Series on this list.
Great video, very informative!
Lots of Alex Ross! Lots of Tom King! Good stuff
I real loved from the 80's Camelot 3000 12 issue series, and the Frank Miller run of Daredevil from 1st appr. of 158 thur 183
I appreciate you admitting you forgot kravens last hunt.
Great list! I’ve been trying to complete a bunch of 90s Spider-Man runs but I should most of my Maximum Carnage book before Venom 2…
Love to see a lot of 90's books finally becoming desirable. These are the books of my generation so love to see people embracing these stories.
Very nice review of comic series of good affordable collectable omics people can afford Thank you for sharing your knowledge 😀
I love seeing each entry numbered. I hope you do that with every list from now on!
What about Batman Hush? I'm not a fan of it, but it seems popular. One that I do love but I think isn't that popular is Superman For All Seasons. That's my favorite Superman story.
I just finished Tom King's The Human Target - amazing run. If you love Film Noir, you'll love this

Great video 🎉
Great choices!!!
Loved squadron supreme! Gonna have jump on some if these in the future. When’s the next bundle sale? 😊
Ive been wanting a nice NM gambit #1-4 set.. you say you sell them from $10 to $20 that’s right up my alley 😅 if only I lived near you 😂
Alex Ross covers for the most part are amazing. I went through my phase of collecting these at 9.8 grades. Sadly I had to part with them, maybe one day I will get them again.
Thank you !
Good runs 👍
Marvels?
Secret wars first series, A v X, Kravens Last Hunt, Civil War
What about a full run of Captain Carrot?? I'd buy.
This topic is a good idea. Can you do more?
I really enjoyed Maxim Carnage when it came out
Great list, p.s. you got any more of them Deadpool sets for $20?
Would’ve guessed Hush or Kraven’s Last Hunt.
Love the 90s for sure❤❤❤
I would think that Days Of Future Past (even if it's only 2 issues) would be on this list. Also, Wolverine: The Origin? Death of Superman? Green Lantern: Emerald Twilight?
Also, the Phoenix Saga, but enough of those books are pricey enough that they probably don't get bundled, huh?
Anything with Alex Ross is worth it for the art alone.
I can't believe from hell, v for vendetta or leauge of extordenary gentlemen didn't make the list. In my opinion they are some of the absolute best. Also not to mention my all time favorite series niel gaimans original run of sandman.
The 2010 Zatanna series also moves fast.
I just bought Maximum Carnage and Weapon X runs.
Age of Apocalypse was awesome
I think anything Alex Ross does is an instant buy (especially for me) but I think that most people just want good stories and if there is a Key in the story that’s good but people want the actual story and the amazing art with it!
Really surprised to see Green Lantern Rebirth on the list. I guess a great story will always sell.
the Second Deadpool mini series as well
Tbh I'm very surprised Flashpoint didn't make this list
I would think Age of Apocalypse or MARVELS would be high up on that list
Can't argue with the market, but surprised that creator runs like Miller's Daredevil, Byrne's Superman or McFarlane's ASM run didn't make the list. I have to say that I DO sell many of the runs listed here in the video though at Wave 1 Collectibles. So...love the list or hate it - it's accurate.
From a fan of Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow and Blackest Night, I can very much see why they command those price tags.😁
Maximum Carnage! 🤦♂️😆. That’s the only one on the whole list I don’t like lol. Great stuff, my man.
I've never read it, but I hear a lot of good things about the Kraven's Last Hunt series. Any experience with that one?
No A.O.A? Days of Future Past? Amalgam? What If?
'Born again' / frank miller DD sells
I have Blackest Night 1-6. Womp womp. Kraven’s Last Hunt is a good short run to put together. Just pretend there’s no Sony movie about him.
Brightest day
Never was a big DC fan besides Batman
I have LHand collecting LHLSTHAL…I have kingdom come..I hope dark pattern will make the next list.
If you were to purchase 50 regular priced new comics it would cost the same as the 50 issue Immortal Hulk run.
New comics are a scam. 🙂
Wow!
I would have guessed Todd McFarlane's Spider-Man 🤷
I have the alex ross set.
Weapon -X run in MARVEL COMICS PRESENTS
