How can a lab decline to test something, when it has been requested?! I am baffled.
I currently have my own battle with getting the dr to help me with my insulin levels. It is so draining to keep going back and forth and getting shut down! Part time job in admin for fibro!!! Sending strength !

A DNA test for vitamin/mineral deficiencies is about as useless as a chocolate teapot.
One of your subscribers, Matt, on your last video, gave one of the best explanations/observations from his life experiences of living with fibromyalgia, which doesn’t show up on any medical exam….It was a great read! However, us Fibro sufferers can continue to walk a futile path looking for some hard evidence that what we are suffering from can be measured/quantitative….I gave up after years of looking for something quantitative about my afflictions….there is no magic pill…all pills prescribed to Fibro sufferers either don’t work or they create other unwanted issues (side effects)….that’s because we are overly sensitive to foreign substances in our bodies …..the answer is in our central nervous systems and the way our brains are interpreting external stimuli…our brains are treating most every benign stimulation of our daily activities as threatening events to the body, and it overcompensates by creating pain and other negative side effects (anxiety/panic, just to name one)…depending on the severity of your flare, your brain wants to shut your body down to preserve itself from danger…it’s actually confused, and it’s why retraining our brains is key to improvement of our physical/mental states for Fibro sufferers.

Yes never give up. I have many diagnoses like fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, osteoarthritis, cervical arthritis, DDD, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression and PTSD and more. I would’ve never been diagnosed with some of the things if I didn’t push for it. 💜

Yeah I know how it feels like navigating a maze, trying many things...
I didn't get a huge breakthrough until I started looking into the mold toxicity and CIRS topics. I've tried many vitamins: B1, B6, D, some multivitamin, but it led nowhere. Also I had ordered some tests directly from a lab, that was easier and more cost-effective than trying to prove you're not crazy.

If you are suffer from chronic pain (Fibromialgia) you should try stem cells therapy. Which is avalaible in Columbia and some another places. Idk but I think this therapy is not available in US or UK. Results are very good. Almost 90% gets a huge relif. So please consider this option

I have fibromyalgia and my vitamin D is low (I take a vitamin D supplement ordered by my doctor of D3 5000 mg. daily) as well as my sister does also. She and I have very similar symptoms. I thoroughly believe my mom did as well but no one talked about it back then. I also have hypothyroidism. Sometimes the labs here in the USA will only do certain tests like yearly unless you agree to pay for it yourself. It’s an insurance thing which I think is ridiculous but that’s how it goes. I hope you find some answers!❤

Fibromyalgia is the brain sending unwanted pain signals throughout the body. It's caused by the nervous system becoming stuck in 'flight or fight' mode. Usually from too much stress, anxiety, certain viruses or physical trauma. Doctors and rheumatologists won't give you the tools to heal it. Basically fibro is a brain problem, not a body problem. This doesn't mean the brain is physically damaged. It Isn't. The brain just needs to calm down and stop sending pain and fatigue. The only way to heal Fibro is through limbic system retraining. I'm not affiliated with the Pain Free You channel but I'm doing a similar online course for my fibromyalgia/CFS. It honestly works and I'm improving daily. Not easy though, just needs persistence. I'm just trying to help fellow sufferers find the right way to heal these awful nervous system conditions. Fibromyalgia puts stress on the body's hormones; that's why your body finds it hard to make Vitamin D (which is actually a hormone) and Hypothyroidism (which I have) These conditions won't clear up until you heal the fibro, which is only achieved by learning how to calm down the limbic system. There are dozens of courses and lots of free TH-cam content: DNRS, ANS REWIRE, Re-Origin, The Gupta Program, PAIN FREE YOU etc

I have fibromyalgia and me/cfs. But now I’m seeing a rheumatologist they believe I could have an undifferentiated auto immune connective tissue disease. Keep pushing and looking into things! You can definitely have fibromyalgia and another condition as well!
Also get the vit D bloods done! I just found out mine were low and they hadn’t checked for those bloods in over a year! Keep us updated! Hope you get some more clarity soon in regards to all the tests, etc!
