Wow! I can't believe how much I just enjoyed watching your video! I am a 60 year old, gay man, and also a highly sensitive person. Being and living that way almost has its own code of existance. I think that is why enjoyed your video so much. You mirrored back to me what I think and feel. I especially enjoyed when you would bring up a point, which I found I connected with, and then you'd take it deeper and I was right along with you enjoying the depth of the conversation. It reminded me of "deep" conversations I'd have with my mother. I was Pisces and she was Gemini. Don't get those anymore....the world is not wired that way. Self protectionism is now highly important. I feel strongly validated after watching your video. Something lead me to watch it....the universe. My initial thought was, I ain't watching a 45 min video....lol. But I wasn't watching the time at all, in fact it flew by and I didn't want it to end. Once again, thank you for your video!!

Love your sessions thank you Matt and Alissa! What resonated with me in the session is when Matt said "Innate feeling of being wrong" that's speaks volume for me.

Thanks Marc. What did that comment bring up for you?

@@mattlandsiedel it’s been a challenge for most of my life having the feeling of being wrong… I’m realizing that it’s been an inner dialogue which needs more attention…

@@pacal69 I can relate to that. I identify that within myself as toxic shame and I think it stems from growing gay in a heteronormative world

@@mattlandsiedel Absolutely! I agree with you. My homosexuality has been a source of shame for as long as I can remember… Thank you for taking the time to reply. I feel grateful right now sharing this moment with you 🙏🏻

Thank you both for the empowering and helpful thoughts as always. Self-trust is surely an ongoing lesson for me. I'm learning to let go of self-doubt by releasing my validation need from others.

Thanks for sharing this conversation. I’m working on trusting myself more, and am very much looking forward to your next talk on taking up space. My current focus growth-wise has been my sacral chakra/energy, and how to flow more freely in my own power. Thanks again for sharing your wisdom. I always come away with so much to think about after listening to y’all’s chats.
