I went to high school with their guitar player (long, wavy hair). His name is Tyler Valendza. He has worked so hard for this moment, they all have. I am so beyond proud of Tyler and the guys for following their dreams. You all deserve every minute of joy you have for how far you've come. So extremely proud of you all! So crazy to think 6 years ago Tyler and I were singing "Bad Girlfriend" in our friend Josh's car and now I'm watching his band's video on VEVO. Congrats guys!!

These guys are definitely some talented musicians. I actually have not heard a single song from them that I didn't like. I'm 52, been listening to a lot of music since I was 12, and these guys are definitely one of the best bands I have ever heard.
These guys are for sure underrated. I've been listening to these guys for awhile and they never disappoint. All of us fans need to spread the word about these dudes. They deserve more attention for sure

Because it is underrated and not enough people play it. That's why it took me until now to find out the title and band name. This is one of many songs that I have been trying to find, but wasn't able to remember I liked it until I heard it again.
I was trying to figure out why I found this song so catchy, and then it hit me. I came of age in the 90's, and this song sounds like it came straight out of 1994. Great job, sounds like the influences are definitely from the mid-90's era of rock - but a fantastic song for the mid 10's.

I think they are huge already, I don't think they realize it yet. Makes me crazy to see them in small print under headliners, they have arrived, they should be headliners. This has been an amazing year for them. So happy for that. FYI: I will be at their show this weekend in Corpus Christi, small venue so they are main stage! I can't breath I'm so excited. Rock on my friend.

That grunge feeling definitely caught me, hope these guys get the recognition they deserve.
Looks like post grunge is coming back into style! More and more bands are mimicking Alice in Chains and other post grunge artists! This song literally sends waves of nostalgia and it's new.
AiC was at the forefront of grunge, kinda hard to call them "post-grunge". And to be fair, post-grunge never really died. Bands like Starset, Shinedown, Nickelback, Alter Bridge, Staind, Godsmack, Theory Of A Deadman, 3 Doors Down, Trapt, Saint Asonia, Three Days Grace, and Finger Eleven (to name a few), have been scoring top ten and even #1 hits for awhile. In particular, every single one of Shinedown's singles have been top 5 rock hits.
Alice In Chains Was a Great Seattle Hard Rock Band...I partied with them and they said that they didn`t consider themselves Grunge..But what was grunge anyway?? A look..Flannel and cut off jeans..
DoobieDarrin Distorted guitar, distinct vocals, typically holding and fluxing notes, (think of Pearl Jam, Smashing Pumpkins, STP, ect.) I usually describe Grunge as distorted rock with soothing melodies. It can be hyper active without being intrusive. I'm a 90's baby so I grew up with it. It's cool AIC doesn't consider themselves grunge, they are a bit more distinct from others in a way. Sad the singer died.
TheBlueEyedFox Theory Of A Deadman is pretty much Nickelback with a pompadour. I like both, but Theory just sounds way too damn much like Nickelback (they're even signed to Nickelback's record label). Godsmack is what they are- they've stepped everywhere from grunge, mainstream rock, alt rock, stoner, blues, and even dabbled in shoegaze and doom.
They may not have considered themselves grunge, but everyone else did. AiC, Pearl Jam, Nirvana and Soundgarden *were* grunge. Pretty sure Layne, Eddie, Kurt and Chris were named the voices of grunge weren't they?

I love most rock and roll today, honestly, but I've always enjoyed 90s rock the most, so this song was a BREATH OF FRESH AIR to hear for the first time.

The singer sounds like the singer from THE OFFSPRING and a bit of Layne Staley, and the music sounds like ALICE IN CHAINS. I'm liking it! :)
+DR. HOUSE M.D. Someone mentioned he sounds like a young Jerry Cantrell. I didn't notice it at first, but he does a bit, although Jerry's vocals are a bit more subdued than this lead singers. Great song in any case! If anything this song sounds like Jerry Cantrell's 1st solo album "Boggy Creek Depot".

This band reminds me a lot of Art of Dying, which is a very good thing indeed. We need more bands like this - the song feels very familiar but has a freshness to it that I like. Sort of like when I first heard Oleander back in the 90's. I like these guys.

I coach high school football and my defensive line and offensive line have a drill with bear crawls, barrell rolls and a few other things to do in a circuit and i use this song as the duration period. Bit late but, rock is no doubt a dying genre. Its very difficult to make it to the top here. They just didn't get enough exposure for that very reason. I do agree this band was criminally underrated and its very sad to see a band with so much talent not make it.

First heard these guys at the Seether concert in Cleveland this past May and have diligently been following ever since. Awesome they are from Akron Ohio. Makes me proud to be a NE Ohioan. I also think Mike should look into haunted house acting on the side. Cool video and super amazing album.

This album has been out for a few months now and I have to say it's only gotten better to listen to each time. Even after getting new albums this one keeps making it's way back to my cd player (yes, I still use one of those things.) This is just the beginning for these talented bunch of guys and I can't wait to see what they bring to the table next.

Crawling thru mud and falling from grace represent hitting bottom and having to crawl thru the recovery process. "What's the difference when you come out on the otherside" means whatever way that works that helps you get from addiction to recovery, it's different for everyone. Coming out alone means coming out into recovery without the burden of addictions.
