Howdy. Morgan here. Hope you guys enjoy this one - I had a good time making it. I’m trying to give you guys some good running content but make the videos fun & interesting and something a little different.

hey Morg, I've noticed you haven't been posting a lot recently and we can't blame you bc running is a lot of work. I was just watching your multiple NCAA championship first place races and I think it would be cool and low output if you were to do a commentary video on them. I know you're looking forward into your bright future but I would love to know your strats for these races, what's going through your head when your muscling someone off or bolting passed them on the final 200m. I admire the fact that your a content creator but I think some of your best content are the races you smashed. I think it would help a lot of runners out in their own races too!

Sad to hear that the weekly videos may slow down a bit. If it helps, I think we're all totally fine with the quality of videos you've been putting out. There isn't an immediate need to make these better than they already are. But do whatever you need to do.
