Yes, this is one performance I would love subtitles on the live performance. One of my favourites. I don't think anyone would disagree Dimash is the best vocalist on the Planet. But for me, Hua Hua is the whole package... Best PERFORMER on the Planet. Freddie Mercury, David Bowie, Steven Tyler, George Michael rolled in one.
I remember what he said, "Everyone is pursuing uniqueness, but when something truly unique appears, they will not praise it, but denigrate it." So as a fan of his, whenever I see those rumors, I don't say a word. He also told us that no rebuttal was needed. There is no need to speak to those who understand, and to those who do not understand, there is no need to speak, because they will still slander.
Flammable and Explosive (not Super Explosive) 😂😂 But yes, he was super explosive performing this song in tribute to the author of the song who had just passed away at the age of 23. Interestingly this was the first time I watched Hua and I was "in love" with the singer

Another great reaction. It's such a pity you didn't get the subs because the lyrics are very interesting, a woman stating all the contraditions in how her man wants her. The way HuaHua rearranged it is really a kind of baroque opera piece and shows another side of HuaHua's many talents. HuaHua decided to sing this song at the last minute, to pay tribute to one of the lyricists who passed away the previous day, that's also why everybody is so serious backstage.

I have always said that Dimash is the best vocalist in the world today, but Hua Chenyu is the best musical artist and performer in the world today. Although, with the likes of Forestella, Zhou Shen, and SoHyang, they have stiff competition in today's world.
Why think competition? Everyone shines in his own way the rest is a story of taste
Dimash is technically better which of course comes from many years of studying and incredible talent.I love Hua too. Amazing voice and great performer. One more thing I love about Hua is that he seems to find his style which suits him very well. Thank you for sharing ❤

There are videos of this performance with English subs under a slightly different title. It is called Flammable and Explosive. Just search that title on TH-cam and it should give you a few options.
This performance is my favorite. I don't know THIS video with eng subs. When the translators did this, the video was blocked. The title of the song is just a mistake by Fil which he will surely correct. Thank you for watching and for your comment 💚💚
@@rosareis8191 I have seen two different performances of this song. There is this performance which was part of "The Singer 2018" series and there is a performance he did on the TV show "The Next". He sings pretty much identically in both performances but his performance for "The Singer" had a bit more dramatic flair because he had the microphone stand in that performance which he used dramatically when he dropped to his knees near the ending of the song. On "The Next" he did not have a microphone stand and as such chose not to drop to his knees. It was the performance from "The Singer" that had English subs. There were actually two different videos of the same performance with slightly different interpretations into English, but the difference really did not change the overall meaning of the song. I have not looked for them here on TH-cam in a long time, so I have no idea if they still exist. Knowing the production company, they may have been taken down by now. That production company never really seemed to grasp how important Dimash and Hua Chenyu were to their own growth outside of China. Sure, you can only watch that show domestically in China, but it has gained a lot of international fame from these performance videos on TH-cam which should be of greater importance to the production company than their "copy right violation" happy policy implies.

Haha, of course Dimash is better at the operatic vocal part. 😄 No wonder, Dimash is a classical trained opera singer. Hua Hua is way better at doing Rap and Rock style singing than Dimash is. So each of them shines on their own speciality.😊
Or put it slightly different.. Hua Chenyu sings music i like, Dimash doesnt. Vocals has nothing to do with it. 😉

Хуа - это отдельная ниша в искусстве, творец, магически передающий незабываемое то или иное творение прямо в сердца людей Остальные певцы, обладающие пусть высокой техникой (акробаты), как , допустим, Димаш, не имеют той степени таланта артистизма и прникновения, т. е. по Станиславскому " Не верю".

I don't understand these comparisons either. They each have different styles and influences. Only common point they participated in the singer contest in China .that's all.
😂😂 I use to say that in our hearts there are many different singers, each with their own style and charisma, we don't need to compete. Here I think that perhaps Fil is "measuring" our reaction to the comparison. Of course, he doesn't know that most Dears love Hua and vice versa. ❤❤
